Gave this site a chance after seeing the amazing low price of a lot of items. Items arrived had a slight hiccup with one but, customer support rectified the situation with no hassle at all! Making it the easiest order fix ever. Do to their amazing prices and great customer support they easily get a 5 star in my book even with a slight hiccup.

The contents of the package were cool. There was a provided promo code which helped the price. Took about 7-10 to arrive to NY,NY.
Overall happy.

Poor selection of goods some items came damaged.

After reading horrible review after review, i took a gamble because (A. Theres some really unique merchandise on there, and (B. Supposedly its a new company that took over the site. My order came quickly for me being in the United States. My only issuse is my shirt was smaller than what i thought it was going to be. Definitely order 1 size larger than what you normally would wear.

I was thinking twice about ordering because of hearing how bad the OLD owners were but with the NEW company i was updated on my order and was told because that im in the U.S it would take about 2 weeks, 2 weeks later I received my fallout mystery box!!!

I loved the hoodie. The look the feel, but it didn't fit well in the arms and on the chest. I'm broad chested and got a XXL and still didn't fit. Had to give it to one of my friends

I had a bad experience with the previous site (first owners) and fortunatelly I had the pleasure to contact with the new owners that kindly solve my problem, helping me by giving all the support in order to be satisfied with the goods.

Great service, arrived on time. Ready to order more then I already have!

After the old retailers went out of business (and leaving me £40 out of pocket after them not supplying my purchase), the new retailer went out of the way to sort me out. They gave me my money back AND the shipping as store credit without any issues whatsoever. They could have easily said "old retailer's problem, not ours" but I must thank them for that.

Give this company a try, even after all the bad reviews left by the old retailers. They deserve a second chance!

Bought the Fallout mystery box and the items inside apart from the vault boy bobblehead was absolute rubbish. I mean 2 pairs of knee high socks, really who wears them??????

Bought 2 destiny hoodies December 2014 didn't arrive, emailed them no reply to any of them, had to claim my money back through my bank. Wasn't happy and I had no intention of every purchasing from them again. Got an email in march this year to say had been taken over so I thought I would give them another go GLAD I did excellent company to deal with now and would recommend to anyone , my purchase came within a week .

Ordered the surprise destiny package from the United States and got it about 10 days later.

Not really worth the money. LootCrate is much better.
