This has become a great company and website since the new owners. Their products are of great quality, fast delivery, and if you have any issues they are helpful and want to resolve your issue as fast as possible for you.
The few negative things I have to say, would be, the cost of items can be on the expensive side. If they were cheaper I would buy regularly from them.
Also the amount of products they have for a large amount of the gaming/movie brands, is very limited and often didsappointing. They seem to focus alot on certain brands which then sees other brands neglected.
That being said, they are a great company, friendly staff, good products and quick delivery. I will be recommending as always.

My box arrived two weeks late, and the package was broken and ripped apart. Horrible experience, and will never buy from them again.

Received no response or confirmation of order from seller from time of sale to arrival of goods month later, contents of package were cheap quality, a faux leather wallet with poor stitches, a cap hat with the logo sewn on aftermarket, cheap alloy pin badges, a key ring, and a boxxed pop statue. All for sixty pounds! Waste of money for the mystery box

It would've been pleasant if the box wasn't so badly dinged up, and the merchandise was pretty good, but kind of expected in-game merchant rather than just the mascot splattered on every piece. Good buy, nonetheless.

ordered a mystery box for £40, before reading tons and tons of bad reviews, waited a few days and emailed the company asking about my box and the bad reviews, got a quick response and refunded my postage as they took a short while to post my item ( about 4 days, as they said next day dispatch a 2 day delivery) got my box after they notified me about sending out ( so in whole it took just over a week) got alot of items, good quality, i'm quite happy

I had no choice but to pay for Royal Mail delivery so that was £3.00 of which it did not come within 2 - 3 working days, thankfully I was given a refund and it came with in 2 - 4 working days after I complained via email. Secondly, I was not very satisfied with the produce in the box, although it did come with things I enjoy such as hats and a t-shirt, me bring a female aquired some male boxer shorts which was rather unexpected and ridiculous due to me being the only pokémon fan and girl in my family which enjoys this sort of anime. I also expected some pokémon cards or other pokémon merchandise such as statues and/ or stuffed pokémon. So the statement on the website exclaiming it's £30 pay (which it really isn't) for £70 worth of stuff is really a joke.

It would be great to see more batman items & more fandom items, but im sure it will be coming in the future. I look forward to seeing the new collections available

The product quality was great, the weave of the material felt great and looked hardwearing, the details were nice and clean, however the only flaw i could find was that the width of the sleeves were too thin for my arms, other than than, it would have been in my regular wardrobe rotation.

Ordered this hoodie awhile back with the last owners who decided to rob me of my money by promising results for later time. These guys following a great policy. "product available when its actually in stock". True to their word and in two weeks, shipping all the way to Canada from Europe arrived at its destination. Best of all IT FITS PERFECTLY.

When purchasing the Assassins Creed Mystery box i was somewhat unsure as to how it would turn out withe the previous comments being worrying. The box arrived within one day of dispatch so that was a plus. I opened to receive a hoodie, beenie, gloves a wrist band with a key ring and neckless. The hoodie itself is nice (the starrick one) however it is very thin. Items such as the gloves and beenie i will use as with the hoodie. The other 3 items i wont actually wear so it will just add to my collection of Assassins creed merch.
I also checked to see if the "£70" in value was actually true. I was quite surprised to find that the £70 value to be true when looking at the items listed from there site. Although i cannot understand how a neckless is £14.99 when a hoodie is £10.

In all the Assassins Creed mystery box is to its valaue of £70 against the prices on gamer heaven. I would have preferred a t-shirt instead of a neckless etc, along with there being more than 6 items. I however on that basis am unable to argue since it is a mystery box.

I would use them again just maybe not another mystery box.

I had ordered from them before they were under new management and never got my product and had to file a claim with Paypal; but when I heard they were under new management I figured I would give them a try. The service was great, my product arrived quickly and I was incredibly happy with it. I would definitely buy from them again.
