Waiting until paypal was available with the New Company, thought id give them a shot. Actually worked out great. Recommend now.

They changed hands recently and their service is great with helpful customer service, sorted an order out that never got dispatched back in december

I had some bad experiences with the previous owners of this web site/company but since finding out it was under new management I figured I would give them another try as I did like the products.

I am pleased to say that the time arrived very quickly and as described at a good price too. I will absolutely be using gamer heaven again in the future.

Have used this site several times and have had no issues. Good value and great customer service you can't ask for anything else.
Their selection should cater to all tastes and I've been asked many times where I get my t-shirts from. Happy to recommend!

They accidentally sent me wrong hoodie... Were willing to fix order but it would cost me money and it would take forever. Overall good service and they get back to you. Hope it doesn't happen often.

5 stars were given after all. Since Gamer Heaven read my review, they issued me a full refund and let me keep wrong hoodie, so I was allowed to purchase whatever items I wanted with store credit. When new items came, they were all correct ones and nicely packaged. Nice store who values customer input and loyalty. They made the wrong right.

This is a great place to buy some awesome gear from and such an amazing service, I made an order on the Saturday and I came by Tuesday so I was magga happy and I would definitely recommend this site to others I can't wait to make ny next order

I bought a mystery box, and it was dispatched quickly, and was good value for money.

Ordered item late on a Friday night, it was dispatched as it said the next working day (Monday) and arrived Tuesday morning. Everything was there and intact and the price was decent.

Had heard bad reviews due to previous owners of the company, definitely turned it round now. Fast service, great contents of the "mystery box" definitely feel like I've had my money's worth.

Gamer Heaven are now run by people who know what they are doing, they respond to emails within 48hrs and are very helpful.

I made an order in October last year under the previous owners for 2 pre-order items which were never sent and i doubt were ever in stock. They only responded to 2 out of 7 messages i sent which were brief and vague.

The original owners went bust in January and i stil hadn't received a refund or my items. I was forced to get a refund via my bank which eas issued in 24hrs. As a goodwill gesture the new owners of gamer heaven gave me a discount code to the value of my original purchase.

Unfortunately the items i originally wanted were not available so instead i got 4 mystery boxes which arrived in 48hrs from dispatch.

I am very happy with what i received and the customer service given and would recommend gamer heaven under new owners to anyone and look forward to see them expand their stock along with their reputation.

Back in October I placed an order from Gamer Heaven that included two items which were present's for my partner's birthday... Unfortunately one of the items never arrived! I had completely put it out of my mind until very recently so I emailed the customer service team at Airwave Apparel Ltd to explain what had happened. They replied promptly and also sent me an item as a replacement which arrived very quickly. I am very happy with the service I received and I will definitely be using this company again.

I had real great problems with gamerheaven.net (see my review there) (the guys who went bancrupt and the guys from gamerheaven.com (new owners) try to repair it.

If not for them i would've lost 125 pounds.

I had some problems on their site (not directly related to them) and they helped me ASAP, these guys try really hard. After a few mails everything was set and now i will get my goods :)

As the stand in the ashes of gamersheaven.net i guess in gamer-heaven.com a phoenix could rise ;)

Since the new owners have taken over it has become a far superior company. They have fast delivery, responded to my query quick and resolved it to a high standard. The products are excellent quality and good value. Highly recommend and look forward to future purchases.
