My experience with Gana Energía’s solar surplus compensation process was very disappointing. Over several months, I had to repeatedly follow up and received contradictory information from customer service, making it impossible to know the true status of my case.
The biggest problem was not the delay itself, but the inconsistent communication. Even after I highlighted these contradictions, Gana Energía continued to defend its position without acknowledging the impact on the customer, showing genuine empathy, or offering any goodwill gesture.
The issue is finally being resolved, but the overall experience has seriously undermined my confidence in their customer service. I hope this honest review helps others considering Gana Energía for solar surplus compensation know what to expect.

An easy transfer - especially so as I was able to speak to a fluent English speaking young lady who answered my question with confidence and professionalism.
