Number 1 Supplier. For Customer Service and Savings.
Your Customer service (Elena) is excellent. I asked to speak with someone in English & was contacted within 30 mins. Uploaded my latest bill for comparison whilst on the phone & offered a substantial saving. Elena is assigned as my one to one representative for queries or questions. A person you can actually talk to in this day an age, is a big Yes from me. Gana handled the change over, no fees, and i was good to go the next day with the contract and new App. Highly recommend Gana energia and my experience.

Slower and more complicated to switch…
Slower and more complicated to switch to Gana than Octopus does it. One example is if your email address has a capital letter it won't work, which is ridiculous. It's first time I encounter an issue/ stubberness about capital letter in email address. Anyway, since Gana pays 6 cents for solar surplus and octopus pays one cent, I find Gana 6 times more fair than scammer octopus. I recommend Gana especially if you have solar panels.
