I was able to speak to an English advisor who was very helpful. She explained the reason why my January bill was higher than usual. We also talked about changing tariff and she gave me some good advice

Very poor customer experience
Very poor customer experience. Fail to provide any useful information when in contact. Billing is erratic and additional surprise invoices and excess charges are not explained. Have decided to switch following too many poor customer service interactions.
