Quality not as expected but adequate and does the job

I bought this cover to put over a water feature when i emptied it during the winter, it is the size of a medium BBQ, so the size of the covers offered on your website was very helpful. It is well made and not flimsy with elasticated pull ties, with a handy storage bag.

Excellent cover. Fabric material looks good quality. Three year warranty? Make sure you keep the receipt if you need to claim!
6 months down the line, it is holding up really well and may make it to the 3 year mark. Colour is fading a little bit. Modified the pathetically short straps which hold it down. That is poor design or cost cutting. Would have paid an extra £1 for a 10p worth of extra material. Much too short to go around the leg of the bench. Was going to sew an extra piece of strap on but that would have knackered the warranty. Tied a bit of 8mm bungee cord to make a loop on the chair. The cover fittings now attach to the bungee. The bungee cord is better as it gives a bit in the wind and relieves the stress on the fabric.

Good quality product and an easy transaction. Arrived in a reasonable time too.

Bought two covers. One for parasol one for garden suite.
Interestingly the cover for the suite was a square one and far cheaper than a made to measure one and the fit is fine if a bit creative.
They were of good quality - I ordered the medium quality. One year on the black has faded to grey - they are holding up as well as can be expected. A tear has developed in the suite one which has been fixed with duct tape - this was probably due to our destructive cat who claws it.
Overall fine, uv degradation means I guess we will get a couple more years out of them.

Very good serivice and excellent quality covers. We are extremely pleased. They have surpassed our expectations and it’s great not having to heave cushions on and off the furniture. All previous covers were never waterproof just water resistant.

Very tough, stood up to a wild winter in a garden exposed to open fields. Recommendations to add upturned buckets on patio furniture to shed rainwater is a good idea. Pad sharp corners with old towels

The cover has been great for its price. Although we knew it would be too big for our furniture, we knew it would cover it all and protect the furniture from the weather. Great price too.
