Great cover. Fits so well on my round table and chairs. I am extremely pleased with it, a good purchase and reasonably priced.

Very good quality and good value

bought a 100% waterproof patio set cover to discover when it rains this is not waterproof. Have emailed the company numerous times but no satisfactory result. Would not recommend, service is very poor and item not as described by website and packaging. Very disappointed

Excellent next day delivery service and cover fits really well. So far after 4 weeks it does the job well and keeps garden furniture protected, however there is an area on the fabric which is wearing away already underneath. Not sure yet if this will get worse as still early days. Happy with the cover but thought it was quite expensive considering it is wearing already.

Despite their website lauding "Next Day Delivery", I have been waiting for well over a week for dispatch notification for a barbecue cover.

I have not received the item. No-one answers the phone and the website contact page does not work. Emails remain unanswered.

Beginning to think this is a scam. Caveat Emptor.

Cover ripped in half after 6 months from a bit of wind. Spoke to customer services, who were unhelpful and suspicious throughout correspondence... They eventually said the covers (which of course are there to protect my garden funiture from bad weather) aren't protected under their warranty for bad weather!

What a joke.

Awful customer service!! I ordered a Medium and a Large cover for my outdoor dining set but received a Small and Medium. I emailed to advise of the error (they do NOT have a phone number). They arranged collection of both covers, however 19 days and 13 emails later I have still Not received the large cover - or a refund. In fact they sent me an email to say only one cover would be refunded despite confirming two had been returned. My new table and chairs has been exposed to the sun and rain and are getting ruined! The company have failed to call me and resolve this issue. Avoid buying direct at all costs unless you are absolutely sure you will not need post sale customer services.
Once they have your money they do not want to refund the money or send out the correct item. Shop elsewhere.

I ordered a cover for my rattan patio furniture it was delivered in two days for free which is excellent, the quality of the cover is excellent very thick and definitely rainproof, I would recommend this company for all your garden needs the service is excellent

Bought a cover was very good however a worn area appeared after a short time. When I contacted them reference this they asked me to return the damaged one and they replaced it with no fuss at all. Very impressed , would recommend. John Donnelly

I'm so disappointed with this company. We received the dining set cover and unfortunately the cord is sewn into the hem. This is the premium cover and clearly it wasn't quality checked before being packed up.

I have sent several emails and customer services are not responding, I will not be shopping with them in future.

Ordered Friday, delivered Monday. Good quality and fits better than the old one, which came with the furniture.
Simple to order and prompt delivery.
