I have purchased from this company several times now and each time the items were shipped fast, they were exactly as described and in excellent shape. I highly recommend. My plants are still thriving and I will continue to order.

The plants did come in one gallon pots but were super small. I reached out and told the company that I wanted to return and requested a prepaid shipping label. The response was very abrupt and was told I could pay myself. I will never do business with them again.

The plants I received were in good condition and the plants were ready for planting. The root system was very compact but it made the plants ready to get the nutrients from the soil. Good communication with the company and tracking helped them arrive so I could plan for there arrival.

The plants arrived when promised and they are nice, large, flowering specimens, and at a good price.

The ordering was five star, the customer service was 5 star and plants came in great condition so they were 5 stars. The only thing I didn't care for was the lack of traditional tracking. In order to track my order I had to utilize a QR code and then download an app to my phone that I would never use again. I never use QR codes anymore because they can be highjacked and I have no more room on my phone for apps, particularly one I will never use again. I really did want to know when my plants were going to get here and was frustrated over the inability to track them. So, if that doesn't bother you, you will be delighted to order plants from this company because their plants arrive healthy and established, and it's a great company with great people.

Arrived quickly in great condition

I wish there had been an estimated shipping date when I ordered. For a week or so after my order was placed, I had no idea when they would arrive and then I got a notice that they would be here the following day. Not a huge deal; the plants arrived in great condition and are doing well!
