When I opened the trees, they were exactly like I wanted them to look. Healthy and pretty. The packaging was great and all in good shape

The shrubs arrived healthy and green
The shrubs arrived healthy and green. I planted them right away and they seem to be doing well.
Poor quality, plants arrived nearly dead
First, it took a long time for the plants to be shipped. Once shipped, they did arrive promptly. All the phlox we ordered hand rubber bands holding a plastic bag around the container, but they were too tight and basically had nearly severed the plant from the roots. They also sent the wrong color of one of the coneflowers. After sending photos and going back and forth, we were credited for 2 of 8 phlox plants - all 8 are totally dead. And they did ship a new coneflower in the correct color...which arrived in significantly better shape than the original ones. Of the 5 coneflowers and 8 phlox, the only thing that survived was the one new coneflower. And we had received plants from Fast Growing Trees and TuTu which are all flourishing and doing great. They were all planted in the same way and manner. I would not order from Garden Goods again.

Order Review
When I submitted my order it gave me an estimated delay in the delivery process up front so I wasn’t wondering if my order was being processed or put on the back burner.
They also scheduled delivery in such a way to minimize time of being stuck in boxes (~9 hour drive to my location from their nursery) and my plants arrived safe and moist.
The plants were also not rootbound and are already loving their new home.

We ordered in January for a June delivery, and added on to the order in March and April. I am very impressed with accuracy of the order how well trees were packaged and shipped. Everything was (and still is after planting) in great shape!

The plant arrived upside down
The plant arrived upside down. There’s should have been a sign on the box saying “this side up.” Also there as a live beetle in the box that ate a lot of the plants. I sent the company pics and they say my “pictures aren’t clear enough.” What a disappointing reply to my email!!
Also the plant was advertised as double petaled but the few flowers that whew on the plant when it was delivered were all single layer petals. When emailed the company about this they said that maybe some petals might be single but most should be double, as it’s a double petal snowbell. Since I got the plant at the end of flowering season, am I suppose to wait until next season to know if they are right or if I am?

I was a little disappointed in the size of the plant but maybe that is on me, otherwise they looked good (again, I was thinking the branches would be a little more mature for the description) and they are growing well
