I need to always plant within a…

I need to always plant within a restricted window for a 2nd home. Garden goods direct provides me with healthy and a diverse array of plants. They additionally get the plants in during the agreed upon time. So,I can curate my selection weeks in advance but plant on time.

Tree arrived damaged with a large…

Tree arrived damaged with a large space on the tree,in which it appeared to be missing branches ,I attempted to adjust the branches on the tree ,but the area was still present ,I am now going through the process of some form of adjustment for the 160 dollars that was paid for the tree, will inform of the outcome in my review

Two plants were stacked on top of each…

Two plants were stacked on top of each other, and bottom plant was crushed. Stems broken off at soil level. Very disappointedNo instructions opening box. Should box each plant separately

Terrible quality and poor customer service

Plans for in terrible shape when they arrived. Broke multiple times trying to get a reasonable response. Finally wrote back and said they thought everything was fine. I've probably going to throw it all of these plants away. I would never use these guys again.

Things were packaged terribly

Things were packaged terribly, they were not secured down so during shipping the bounced around and when I opened the box everything was upside down and mangled, I even lost a few of the larger branches on a shrub I ordered. I’d order elsewhere.
