Richard surveyed our home and Ryan and Sam of Gas Worx Southampton fitted the complete central heating system in our ground floor flat. Very quick, Started Monday and finished Thursday mid day. An excellent job, very professional, clean and tidy. Explained how to use the system. I would not hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended. Thanks to all at Gas Worx.

This was the second time I've used Gas Worx, the first for a new boiler and now to remove 3 radiators and replace with newer models. The work was performed on the day promised, at the price agreed and carried out to my satisfaction. Happy customer and I have recommended the company to my neighbours. Thanks.

Gas Worx was the only company prepared out of many contacted to take on replacement of a problematic, poorly installed underfloor heating manifold system which had been giving problems for both us and the previous owners of the property. That and a replacement boiler installation was carried out with meticulous attention to detail by Stuart and Ryan within estimated budget despite having to work long hours to overcome various problems. They also arranged reconfiguration of the manifold housing, to facilitate future maintenance, at a reasonable price.

Great to speak to intelligent and responsive experts, who were prepared to investigate properly, problem solve, and work to an actual solution, with no fob offs or nonsense. They resolved a very long-term issue for me and prevented me from having to replace a whole system.
Would certainly reccommend.

They rescued us from near disaster!
The previous Company attempted to fit an electric wall hung Boiler and cylinder. They proved to be completely out of their depth. We experienced leaking pipes, and charred floorboards in the airing cupboard due to the previous plumber using a gas blow-lamp to incompetently solder copper fittings. We had to call out the Fire service!
The Electrical installation and all of the plumbing done was completely non compliant with current regulations.
An expensive mistake employing the first local firm!

Installation of the new boiler and removal of the old boiler was very quick, friendly and clean/tidy.

That is all I have positive to say. After paying over £5500 for a new boiler last year, I’ve had nothing but issues with it and each time I was told to go directly to the manufacturer or get told I have to pay for them to come out and fix their mess. They are very quick to take your money and get it installed but if anything goes wrong, don’t expect their support if it continues to go wrong. I wouldn’t expect this many issues with a brand new boiler. When I emailed with an issue last year they didnt respond for 2 weeks and when they did it was “go to the manufacturer”

I recently had a new electric Combi boiler installed by Gas Worx to replace an existing very large, very old electric boiler. The job went smoothly from start to finish and I have nothing but praise for them.
Their knowledge, the quality of their work and their attention to detail were second to none. They were fast, efficient and left my property cleaner than when they arrived! Highly recommended, I would not hesitate to use them again.

Gas Worx were brilliant, they came over and provided me with an excellent quote and they were very knowledgeable.

There was no messing about and they were really friendly.

Ryan was the engineer and he was fantastic, very experienced and finished the work to very high standard. He removed the old water tank and all pipes and replaced heater boiler with combi boiler. He was very respectful put dust sheets down and did a fantastic job and cleaned up after himself.

I am very happy with everything and recommend them highly.
