Easy to book and arrange a viewing. Confirmation texts and emails. Liz was there and greeted us on time. She had planned the walk around pointing out and highlighting areas. Great relaxed viewing. Felt comfortable with Liz. Loved the property.

I had a viewing today which was not the…
I had a viewing today which was not the best - whilst the rep from the estate agent was friendly enough, I was never told that a) the tenants would be in the property, or b) as a result of tenants being in the property that it would not be possible to access all areas comfortably or easily (ie there was a lady praying between the entrance and kitchen, so I couldn’t enter to see the kitchen).
If people are taking time out of their busy schedule to view, they should be confident that the viewing will be of the most benefit for them within that time given.
Again, I do not blame the person showing me around but more transparency by the people placing the bookings would be helpful.

We can’t ask tenants to leave their home for viewings, and we don’t always know in advance whether they’ll be in or how this might affect access. We do explain this before entering, but I completely understand your frustration at not being able to see the whole property comfortably.
