I missed a payment because my child was…

I missed a payment because my child was hospitalised and my insurance was cancelled. As soon as I received the notification, I called to explain my situation. They asked if I could make a payment right away, and I did. They reinstated my insurance immediately and showed understanding of my situation. The people who helped me were very compassionate.

Great customer service
