I’m very pleased with the metal garden gate and posts that were hand made by Liam. They were delivered on time by Paul and Barry who had to drive for 6 hours from Devon to reach our house. So a big thank you to each of these guys. The only reason the company don’t get 5 stars is that manufacture of the gate was completed a month behind schedule, this because they are so busy.

The driveway gates are well made and very exact measurements which is nice
the only thing I would comment on is that I ordered the heavy duty hinge set and the gate fixing bracket is larger than the wooden cross member so it sits proud on both sides top and bottom (bit of a water trap) I ordered them untreated and used an oil based weather treatment to soak into the wood for better protection and they look great.(3 coats) Delivery guy's were helpful and on time.

Delivery was on time and delivery information was great. Barry and Garry were very polite, put item into garage as it was very heavy and I wouldn’t have done it alone

Had a front garden gate made as they looked very good all jointed and towelled,it is excellent, not disappointed so we decided to have 2metre high driveway gates made with adjustable hinges.couldn't be more pleased and they look really good.well worth the money. Pleasant delivery men as well.

We had 2 small garden gates and a side gate in hardwood made to measure and they are excellent quality and look beautiful . They arrived quicker than expected and Simon + Ben who delivered them into our garden were extremely friendly and helpful

Delivery guys were prompt and efficient, they went beyond the call of duty by walking four driveway gates up a 40 yard lane after realising that the delivery vehicle would be too big to get up there

Our order was was bespoke because of the size of the driveway gates which were shorter than the standard height and we didn’t have to pay extra. When they arrived OMG! The quality was much more than expected and they were safely package

The Baywood Gates. Excellent quality gates. Gareth made these to the dimensions provided. Delivery team Ben and Simon were very professional and helpful and kept me updated regarding delivery times.

WELL MADE GATE. Ensure that you don’t need the gate in a hurry, delivery delayed twice, even after receiving delivery date via email.

The delivery guys, Barry & Dave were very professional, extremely polite. Now the fun part of installing it!!

From our initial enquiry in February to the fitting of our first set of Gates and Fences, a beautiful steel framed set with Hardwood infills, in April the job was a fantastic experience. We fitted the set ourselves and everything was bang on size wise, so much so that before that set was finished we ordered a second set for the top lane of the property, closely followed by a third set for the house itself. Kirsten was very easy to deal with on the phone and by email, and available to answer any questions, Steve done a brilliant job of the manufacture, and Barry and Reece were friendly and efficient with the delivery.
We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Gates and Fences for any job and wish all the companies we have dealings were as easy.
Thank you to everyone there, from top to bottom, for all your help and efforts and a job well done 👍🏼👍🏼 (I only wish we could leave pics to back this up)

From initial enquiry to order delivery, we experienced wonderful customer services from Lesley Lavender.
Their website is excellent and comprehensive and very helpful in the planning stages but, when we had any minor queries, Lesley provided prompt, sensible answers. She also kept us informed on our order's progress through every stage of the production process so that we could arrange installation
The gates were made beautifully by Jamie and delivered on time by Simon and Paul who also helpfully carried them to where they were to be installed.
Lesley even contacted us the next day to check that they had been delivered safely and, again, after installation to ensure that we were happy.
This has been a first class, faultless performance from the Gates & Fences team from start to finish and fully merits a 5 Star review.
