outstanding service!
My solicitor Sophie Templer has been extremely helpful throughout the stressful process of moving. She has kept us up to date weekly and provided support and guidance through the whole process.
Due to our chain, our move was delayed each week meaning Sophie had to continue rewriting our file every week which is more work than she really should have been doing.
Sophie was extremely fast getting our file ready for completion and I couldn’t thank her enough.

House sale.
My house sale was dealt with by Rebecca (Saunders) and was amazingly entirely stress-free! Communication was excellent, service was friendly and professional. I used GBLF to buy my property a few years ago and was happy to use them again for the sale which was completed in good time (completed today, Friday 28th Feb) and I will definitely use them in the future. I thank the staff but Rebecca especially for making this process as smooth as possible, well played!

Great Communication and Service
Louise was very proactive and kept me informed throughout my sale. The chain was more complex than normal because of a land registry issue further up the chain but the communication from GBLF was really clear and helped reduce the stress when things aren't straight forward.
Thanks Louise good communication definitely helps.
I have used GBLF several times over the years and also experienced other conveyancers and GBLF will continue to be my first choice.
