Brilliant Service
Throughout the sale and purchase we were kept up to date and supported. The response times from the solicitor and the team was superb, most queries were resolved within 24 hours and no question was too much for them.
It made everything less stressful to know we were in such good hands.

Professional service throughout
Gordon Brown Law Firm LLP dealt with both sale of our old property and purchase of our new build. From the outset, the process was seamless. Communication was smooth with good office backup for routine enquiries. Our personal solicitor dealt with email correspondence very efficiently and kept us fully updated as matters progressed.

Buying and selling a property. Gordon Brown were fantastic throughout the conveyancing process, they dealt with everything promptly and kept us updated with handy text updates. Kellie Longstaff was especially helpful as she was always available over the phone and was very knowledgeable about the process. The fees were also extremely competitive, would not hesitate to recommend or use in future.

Excellent throughout
Kate Bell has been excellent throughout the whole process of buying our house. Communication has been great, all questions answered so quickly either over the phone or by e-mail.
I found Kate and anybody else that I spoke to at the firm to be friendly and knowledgeable.
Kate has kept me updated throughout the whole process with no chasing required at all.

Friendly, professional legal services
Really pleased with the way in which our conveyancing was handled by GBLF. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff who helped out as much on the front line as much as behind the scenes. Tried their utmost (and succeeded) to get us the keys to our property before Christmas despite a few setbacks. Would definitely use them again and recommend to others!
