This morning after two days of waiting for my withdrawal they tell me I need to send in ID AGAIN!
We’ll on my account it doesn’t let me upload documents again because I’ve done this before I’ve shown them proof of this on the chat , So I emailed with ALL my iD again and added even more proof of myself so they can’t moan but they emailed me back saying I can only send it via document section of my account!

It can be passed on I highly doubt it will be looked into , I never known anywhere u have to verify you’re self twice. I’ve sent a complaint to the complaints email and made a report to gambling commission. I just get the same reply that any documents have to be uploaded on my account “upload docs” section but I can’t do that because my ID has already been confirmed through that. So if I can’t email because they tell me to upload on account and I can’t upload on account then I’ll never get my ID passed again so I’ve lost it he deposits I’ve made and lost the £170 withdrawal. You’ve made it impossible and don’t make attempts to fix it

This company is a scam site and Ariel Reem is the CEO and trying to get into the usa market you can find him on linkedin and we should all just bombard them with complaints to him him
They dont care about us they take you money and hope you never win, im owed £2000 and im charging them 10% a day interest and with take a small claim out at my local court against them as they will not attend and judgement will go in my favour, then you can send in the bailiff's and get your money plus compensation back, i suggest everyone does this, its not expensive and if they dont pay you can apply for them to ho into liquidation join me in the fight to stop them scamming us

The Gambling Commission state that they are looking into this site in detail. You can all contact them on 0121 230 666. Disgusting that they are allowed to get away with every reason under the sun for not paying people out but the Gambling Commission ask that people contact them. The G.C also say that no trusted site asks for all docs to be uploaded again and that there is NO reason why any site should ask for this to be done !!! The latest scam from Genesis is that you have APPARENTLY BEEN PAID OUT, however, when you check your bank NO payment has been received from them ! Neither do they contact you re this. When you contact them they state that the payment had failed ???! Then, guess what, you have to provide them with bank statements to PROVE that you have not been paid! Lets hope the new 'White paper' being prepared by the Government will shut these sites down. You can also contact IBAS (The independent adjudication service) on 02073475883 and they will help. Failing that, get onto you local MP, they will also help believe it or not.

I wrote a review over a month ago now about not receiving my withdrawn balance, and they responded by putting the credit back into my account yet I withdraw the balance again over 10 days ago now and it’s still not in my bank account, just don’t know how it can happen, or how they can get away with it. I read at the moment other reviews and its really unbelievable that so many people had problems with withdrawing money or had to wait so long for the payment. Personally, I had no problems with withdrawing money. 06/04 I sent documents confirming my data and on 05/06 I already had money in my account

Casino are good, they have so many providers and many good slots, site looks good. Verification process was quite fast too. Only thing I dont like is that withdrawals take some time to get processed, I recently managed to win 1980€ and requested a withdrawal and waiting now it to be processed, I haven't been waiting long yet but as they say 24-72 hours is pending time, too long for casinos these days, there is many many sites that pays immediately or in 24 hours. So genesis please improve this and the casino will be perfect! 😊

This isn't just because I didn't win. This is because this website is somehow controlling the winnings of their customers. I played multiple games, with different bets and trust me when I say it wont pay!! It's ridiculous how they operate.
I have played £500 5 times deposited 100 plus 100 I had bonus. I could only see profits once and it was £20. Now I contacted them asking if they are regulated and if the games are using the correct rtp. Which they obviously say yes. But I still doubt it.
Have used and played the same games in different websites and never happened to me. At least this amound.
So please don't fall into putting money in this s casino scam.

I withdrew my money 17 days ago and still no money. I was asked to send my paypal details. I was told that my money had been released on the 18th of May and to wait 5 working days. I have waited 5 working days and still no sign of my money in my account. They have been such a nightmare to deal with.
