These and their sister companies are happy to pay out anything under your initial deposit.
But if you try and withdraw anything more than initial deposit they won’t pay you.
They said they have paid out but they haven’t. How are these robbing people still operating?!

If I could give zero stars I would. Over 1 month with still no success in a withdrawal! I have sent numerous emails. Constantly told 3 to 5 days. All these days have been and gone and I still haven't received my withdrawal. I will now be escalating this further as the funds are rightful mine.

My story is pretty much the same as everyone else's keep being told to send documents send bank statements all of which I have done . Then get told to withdraw again 4 times I have tried and still nothing they stopped me using the site god knows why and still have not received my refund its been 14 days already really is the worst company out there. You would think they would be better after all the investigations they have had....

Its been three weeks now and still haven't received my money as you can see they say they have done it I have waited the 3 to 5 days as per there email and nothing
So now I will be back to the beginning having to send bank statements to prove I havent git it then wait another 72 hours for them to process that then it will go back in my genesis account then wait another 3 to 5 days for it not to go in my account again and come back here
Maybe something should be done as they are getting away with too much if this....

Hi. I have playing with different sites and I believe that genesis is the worst gaming site. I have won a small amount and have provided them with the documents they requested. But it’s been more than 2 weeks that they are preventing me to withdraw and they just request the documents which they say they have received. They continue playing with me and I get the same reply.
I think everyone should stop gambling with them as they don’t pay.

I’ve self excluded after my final withdrawal and they won’t give me my money back that’s in my account. Contacted them continually for 5 days and have been fobbed off by their live chat and email. Absolutely ridiculous.
Update - They’ve contacted me via TrustPilot and still haven’t even emailed me. Absolute joke of an organisation.

Awfull casino tried to bank some money and couldn't then locked my account made me send every document under the sun shocked they didn't ask for my mother's bloody birth certificate 🙄 spent 3 whole days on chat with different people some saying its sorted then when I try again it's not then back to chat to be shoved around more bull they have had 80+ hours told me 120 has been approved and waiting to hit my account then when.i tried to bank more starting asking for bank statements 🤬 after already apparently approving one payment that isn't even showing up in my account with them or my bank account!! Worse casino I have ever had experience with I don't know what more I can do to get my money they always throw something else in the way doesn't matter what you do they still refuse payment shouldn't be legal its theft

I won £600 on the 1st of April. I withdrew this. On the 1st of April the money was sent back to my account for some unknown reason. I did ask but got told technical issue. So i withdrew the £600 again on the 2nd of April. Next day its gone out of pending withdrawals and has been confirmed as payed. I get the usual automated email and think nothing of it.
Next day comes and nothing. So that day i am on chat asking about what is going on. They tell me to wait 3-5 business days. Now i know my bank does not hold deposited funds as i have spoken to them about this over the phone and face to face in branch (RBS). They literally told me on Friday that when anything is paid via casino sites etc its instantly put into your account. Anyway i decided to be patient (as i didnt have much choice) and on friday it still hasn't been paid.
Speak to the team again who have asked me for a bank statement for the days its been missing. I have done this and been told it has now been esculated to the relevent department (whatever that means). Since then i have been on chat again to ask about a time frame. A day, a week, a month? To which the person became a bit rude over the chat stating "as i have told you i can't give you an answer" so now like the rest of the people on this review page its looking like i am not going to get what i have won and there's nothing i can do about it. The person on the chat (Ken) also lied to me telling me it was processed Friday (which i know is not true because its been esculated from Saturday and theres nothing in pending withdrawals or transaction history)
Firstly Genesis why have you told me that it has been paid when it clearly has not? No one whom is a professional at this misplaces £600. Im sorry but theres no way.
Secondly, why is this not a priority and delt with the same day? I have have provided the bank statement for the days requested which very easily and clearly shows no money has been deposited into my account for £600 from Genesis.
Thirdly, why is your chat assistant (Ken) lying to customers saying "it was processed yesterday" when there is no way it could have been as it was still in the time frame of 3-5 business days? (Thats why i had to wait until today to esculate the matter)
And lastly why are you putting your customers through this very worrying and unpleasant experience. We paid with money and you should honor your legal duty to pay customers what they are owed.
(My account is verified and the money has been requested to be payed the way it was deposited)
I have now esculated this to IBAS as i am utterly convinced that no matter how long i wait, i will not be paid and they will not honour there debt.

I have finally been paid the money but the amount of time and stress this has caused, i would recommend any person to stear clear of this company. I have been lied to on many occasions and the fact i was basically begging for my own money back is the reason i have now closed my account permanently.
Good luck to all persons currently trying to get there money from Genesis. The one bit of advise i would give if you are in the same situation i was in is to persevere, don't give up and as soon as you smell a rat, contact ibas as i did. Funnily enough as soon as i started the ibas process, everything started to move along to a resolve within 2 days.

Genesis have replied to this thread. Notice how none of the questions I asked were answered! This is what you have to deal with. Automated responses and no admission of wrong doing on there behalf. Yes it was sorted eventually, but I had to put alot of hours in over chat, basically begged for my own money and was lied to on a daily basis. This company and its affiliates need shutting down. Look online and you will find that they were recently fined £3.8 million. Seriously do not ever gamble here. Use my experience as an example. Boycott this site and don't feed them with your hard earned money.

This is a website which never should be trusted. I have been trying to withdraw for the past 7 days with no luck. Only the company telling me they will send it to wh relevant department. I have had to dispute this with the bank in an attempt to get my money back. DO NOT USE.

This company is a complete disgrace my story is the same as everyone else's constant excuses as to why payment is pending its been over a week now, from all the reviews its clear to see we have all been scammed an ripped off , im going to take matters further with the gambling commission not sure what the out come will be but this company can not continue to steal from people.
