The Genie Company was awesome to order…

The Genie Company was awesome to order from! They sent the product in a VERY timely manner! I would recommend them to anybody who needs a replacement part for their Genie product.

Keypad replacement

Product came as described. Took only a few minutes to remove old keypad and install new one. Simple procedure to sync the keypad to garage door opener.

Order through Amazon and not Genie!

I ordered 2 remotes on December 14th thinking that they would have no problem arriving by December 23rd and since it was over a week away and I needed them for guests arriving from out of town. Sure enough on the 21st (a week later) I realized that Genie hadn't even shipped the product yet so I called their customer service and asked if the remotes would arrive by the 23rd. A rude and nonchalant rep stated that she was not able to tell me when they would actually ship the order and she had no clue when it would arrive. I then asked her to cancel the order because I specifically needed them by the 23rd, which of course she stated she couldn't do that. I decided to place a new order through Amazon that day (which I should have done in the first place) for next day delivery. Sure enough, Amazon's package arrived in 1 day (for the same price as Genie) with no problem and Genie's package didnt arrive until the 30th!!! It took half a month to receive 2 remotes? Terrible customer service, terrible shipping process and will never order anything through Genie again!

Ordered Gate Openers

Since our gate is so ancient, had to call customer service to make sure we ordered the right product. They were very helpful and we received items fairly quickly.

It works!

The garage door opening has been working since 1990; however, the romote controller was damaged. All is back in working order with the help of the Genie associates who directed me to the correct product. Thank you for your assistance and servicing a very old product.

This is an amazing company

This is an amazing company. I wish you made a lot more things than garage doors. I purchased a house with a Genie opener. I'd never had Genie before - I'll never have anything else in the future. What amazes me so much is that parts are available for older doors; real people are available to walk you through setups; and parts are readily available; and customer service will help you determine what part(s) to buy.

I absolutely LOVE this company!!!!

I needed a replacement for a genie 912…

I needed a replacement for a genie 912 opener the new one that came won't work, and customer support said that my garage door is too old. Totally the wrong response. They should have found old stock and shipped no charge.
Customer support did not even realize that the original part number was from their parent company. Even though they had purchased the original company. Pathetic Service. One can read about their history on their own web page. I expect the President of the company to e-mail me and make this correct.
