Very Good Service

Spoke with Lewis who very kindly managed to get us a viewing at short notice on the same day, which we were very greatful for.

Staff that we did speak to were very polite, understanding and listened to what we wanted.

Had a good experience with this Estate Agent and should we consider a property within the Hartlepool area, I would happily use them again.

Honest and professional

We sold our house quickly to a buyer sourced from Get an Offer. The whole process was extremely smooth with full transparency throughout and the agreed sale price was adhered to. A big thank you to Lewis who pushed through our sale with urgency. Lewis was honest and professional at all times and responsive to my many phone calls.

We were able to buy our dream house!

Tom and the team put in a lot of effort to sell our flat. Get an Offer was the third agency we tried, and they were the ones who got the job done by finding a solid buyer and securing an offer. Tom kept us updated throughout, and it genuinely felt like they were on our side. We also used the solicitors they recommended, who were excellent. I would happily recommend them to everyone!

Very helpful

It was lovely speaking with Luis. He really understands what information buyers need before making a purchase, unlike other estate agents. Highly recommended. The gentleman who did the viewing was equally helpful and a pleasure to talk to. Many thanks

Don't trust them

Very dubious company. All they want is to get access to your personal data.. Call handler told me they needed my postcode before they could arrange a viewing for security purposes .... as if knowing my postcode makes any difference to any risk assessment they might do.
list of data they require
If you are wanting to view the property, please provide the answers to the below questions,

What is your first line of address and postcode?
What is your buying position? First time buyer? Investor?
Are you buying with a mortgage? If so, do you have an AIP? Cash buyer?
Have you instructed a solicitor?
What’s your budget?
What areas are you looking in?
What type of property are you looking for? Flats? Houses? How many bedrooms?
Seems to me they are looking to see what other services they can sell you. Good luck if you are selling through them

Amazing service

Our estate agent, Lewis was an absolute legend, when the seller’s solicitor and our solicitor were dragging their heels and being uncooperative, Lewis was there to reassure us and get us answers and was always available to answer questions. Would highly recommend them.

Questionable Review Practices

Questionable Review Practices – Be Cautious

It's hard to understand how some companies receive high ratings when the review system doesn't seem to be transparent or based on genuine feedback. A reputable estate agent informed me that this platform, much like Google, allows businesses to pay for memberships that let them hide or filter out negative reviews. If true, this undermines the credibility of the ratings.

For those searching for a reliable estate agent, I strongly recommend sticking with established, regulated high street names you can trust—rather than relying on platforms where reviews may be selectively displayed.

Get An Offer Online Quick Sale Estate…

Get An Offer Online Quick Sale Estate Agent offers a mixed experience. While the team is helpful and efficient at times, there are clear areas for improvement. Initial promises, like selling within a certain timeframe, weren’t met, and communication can be frustrating, with delays and missteps like incorrect photo use and cancelled viewings without notice. On the positive side, some staff members, like Lewis, are knowledgeable and respectful, which helps balance the experience. Overall, it’s an average service—some good points, but with notable drawbacks.

We put in an offer on a flat which was…

We put in an offer on a flat which was accepted. We clarified that there would be no extra charges for the new lease and in writing. Then about 1 week later the partner Tom Cranenburgh came on the scene and stated that this was not true they wanted an extra £ 16,000 to continue.
A real bunch of crooks, no scruples at all

To start with

To start with, when the company organised for a photographer to come around to take pictures of my property, they arrived (lovely lady) but it took a week for them to contact me to tell me the photos that the lady took were unable to be used because a wrong "lens" was used. At this point a week had gone by since I signed the contract and of course this company said they 95 percent gaurantee they could sell my house within 6 weeks.. anyway, I ended up having to take the photos of my house myself in the end because they were unable to get a response from the photographer as to when they could come to my house again.
They uploaded my photos but used a picture of a different house (identical to mine) as the first picture on the advertisement.
After quite a few weeks went by and no viewings etc they tell me it's because it's up for too much.. but the agency agreed a price with me at the start to what I would get back so I don't know why they agreed that price if they thought it was too high.
I'm not currently stuck in a contract with them til the 31st of August which one lady at the company told me I was able to give notice to leave the contract but once I spoke to someone higher up, they said I was unable to leave the contract and now I'm sitting around waiting til the 31st of August for nothing.
They did ring me with a viewing and I spent all day doing my house up for nobody to arrive. I rang them to check what was happening and it turns out the viewer cancelled but nobody let me know
This company is a waste of time and I will definitely be using a local estate agent next time.
