Complete scam. Given card as leaving gift collection. Tried to scratch silver off to reveal redemption code. So slippy and hard to do that it took half the code with it. Card just disintegrated. Same... See more

I've received a Gift Choice voucher and when I've tried to register it I find it's expired. This may have been "re-gifted" but either way, nobodies intention was to give £25 to Giftchoise to pocket th... See more

False advertisement

False advertisement.
Just because you see some retailers listed do not think you'll get to use it! Waste of money..
Cudos for quick reply to an inquiry but it was in the lines of 'we don't know'...

Theives and pandemic profiteers

Gift choice, Social Choice, kids choice, etc etc etc all the same shark company who haven't bothered to even acknowledge the pandemic on their website, made a huge profit from the situation as no one has been able to use their cards. Referring to out of date and legally questionable T&C's their smug agents are only to happy to tell you that they're expired and they're keeping your money.

CHECK the retailer before redeeming!!!!!!

Was given a GiftChoice voucher which I redeemed against the retailer KIKO. However I have discovered that KIKO are NOT accepting Gift Vouchers as payment online and there is no resolution in the future. You have to visit the store itself, which in lockdown, is proving difficult?!?!?! The nearest KIKO store to me is about a 120 mile round trip, which for £25 voucher doesn't make much sense. GIFTCHOICE should be making their customers aware of issues with the retailers they are advertising. After all they have received their money and the customer has yet to receive any goods. I would go with any other voucher company than Gift Choice. I notified them of the issue with KIKO and to this day they are still offering KIKO vouchers on their website with no warning of the restrictions.

Safe website

Added this website when an email came in to our joint email account.

My husband had redeemed some gift vouchers I wasn’t aware of at the time. But all above board. They were given as a Christmas gift from his work.
