Had a couple of issues
Had a couple of issues, item didn't arrive in time for a birthday even though I ordered well in advance. Once order did arrive the wrong item had been sent. The problem was very quickly remedied and customer service was excellent.

Simply the best!
The Gin & Rum Warehouse is quite possibly the best company I have ever ordered anything from. I have used them a couple of times before, as has my Mum and not only are we thrilled with the quality of product and price, but the customer service is above and beyond. I ordered something personalised for my boyfriend's birthday, the boxes were not delivered to them in time, they offered a different box (which was just as lovely) and threw in some extras as an apology, which was NOT needed, they also ensured it was delivered on his birthday so that he was no left without the gift.
I will be using this company as many times as I possibly can!!! If you think "should I order?", don't think...just order!!

Excellent service
I ordered a rum gift box in November for a Christmas present . It was standard delivery but still came pretty quickly. On Christmas day the present was opened and unfortunately in transit which was no fault of the suppliers the glass got broken. There was a card stating that any breakages needed to be reported within a certain time frame but I was out of that time frame. I did however email anyway . They responded as soon as they were back in the office to say they would send a replacement. Which has just arrived. Good customer service and I would definitely use them.again.

Rum gift box
Personalised Rum gift box arrived in just over a week. Item was packaged well and arrived safely. I couldn't have been more happy with it. It looks really expensive and I'm sure my husband will be really happy with it too. Will definitely be ordering from you again in the near future.
