Having ordered in plenty of time
Having ordered in plenty of time, I specifically requested delivery for 01 September, my friends birthday. I received confirmation it would be delivered that day.
It didn’t get delivered until 02 September?! Very disappointed. Such a shame as the product is great.

Have purchased several gift boxed items and really pleased with them all. The personalisation of boxes makes gifts more special. Delivery has always been very quick. Packaging is good items well protected. Would recommend thus company.

I wanted to make up my own customised gift set and telephoned to get advice on this. So helpful - and after I had placed my online order with additional purchases for them to include in the gift set they contacted me by phone to confirm they had received my instructions. Delivered within 48 hours and the recipient was delighted with the gift. Would highly recommend. Beautiful gift.
