I ordered two bras during a big sale, then realized that I accidentally ordered the wrong size. I emailed the company on a Sunday to see if I could cancel the order (placed on Friday) and someone got in touch on Monday morning and a refund was issued by the afternoon. I haven’t received the bras I’ve reordered in the correct size, but their customer service is amazing.

I have worn Glamorise bras for years, and ordered a new one in late February. While watching tracking for delivery, it stalled mid-March. I was in touch with Bernita/Customer Service who confirmed USPS deemed the parcel undeliverable. Bernita had a replacement bra as well as a second free one sent out and both were received today. Great Customer Service; Thanks Bernita!

Glamorise Bra is a great company. You can tell by their website of products. The bra details are so very well described so that you can make good choices w your purchases. They even have questionnaire for your preferences of types of bras to match what would be good fit for you. And they have every type of bra imaginable. When a company has free return service as this one does, then you know it's a good company and you can purchase without risk. Their customer service is outstanding. They got right back to me w the discount code when I mssged them that I had not received it in their email.

Great bras, great service. If anything is wrong with the delivery or order, they make sure to address the issue and offer a solution without any push back. I've been getting bras from them for years. Great company.

The products are always of high quality and very well made. The price is very reasonable. I had trouble with my delivery being delayed and the Glamorise contact center helped me within the hour. Amazing service.

The company has an amazing policy of try on and try out their products- if it doesn't work for you - returns are on them, no questions asked.
And they are true to their word. I have had consecutive perfect experiences with their products and their customer service team! Great business model - wish all online retail companies ran like this!

I've only recently discovered Glamorise and they really are a great! Their bras do what they say they'll do! Cannot be faulted in my opinion!

Their customer Service team are fantastic! I didn't have to wait forever for someone to respond to me for a start! Then when they did, very professional and courteous, not stuffy like some service teams are, a real genuinely lovely bunch! My issue (delivery) was sorted efficiently without too much ping ponging.

This is the second bra that I have purchased. When I placed my second order I accidentally deleted my order and the confirmation. I contacted the customer service and a wonderful customer service rep named Michelle assisted me and even supplied the tracking number so I could locate my order. I have always had problems getting bras to fit and the elastic stretches in no time. Not the Glamorise bras. They have a great fit and don’t stretch out. I would highly recommend this product to anyone.

I have tried so many other bra’s but keep going back to Glamorise, I’m a top heavy woman and need a good support bra and the truth be known this is the only place I can find them and the colors are now amazing! Thank you and can’t wait to get my new order

First of all, they make a GREAT product. These bras are well constructed, fit beautifully, look lovely and have a front closure (great if you have shoulder mobility issues)!
Second of all, their customer service team is seriously UNBELIEVABLE. In this day and age, while social media crazies erupt with rude unkindness, it is a pleasure to discover a company that handles their customers with such care, efficiency and kindness. I am a huge fan.

I bought the wrong item. When I tried to return it through the online process it turned into a nightmare. I scanned the QR code which only gave instructions on what to do, but no link to get to where I could do the return using the instructions provided. Customer Service phone number was useless since it's a recording telling you returns must be done online. I was finally able to find a chat option. I made my request but was informed I was connecting with a computer not live person. One positive about the chat was in could ask for a human. Once I made this request I got a quick response via email and was able to get a return label quickly. A customer should not have to go through so many issues just to get a return processed. Website should be easier for a normal person to maneuver.

I do like your product but I'm getting very tired of seeing ads on my phone that say Glamorise has a huge sale going on and I waste my time going to the website and it's the same price it always is. To me this is scam advertising drawing people in that know no better and I really wish that Glamorise would stop doing it. If they don't stop I will stop.

I ordered some new bras. I have been searching for a while and finally found a company that actually has sizes that fit me. It was my first time ordering and i forgot to add my new customer deal code. I emailed them as soon as I realized and they happily refunded me the difference. Very impressed.

I wanted to know specific details on a bra and the chat was very helpful. Helped me on my decision to buy the product.
