Rang today as there was no sight of a checkout tab.
The lady on the phone was clueless and had not even checked their site to identify the problem. She was agressiven in her tone, almost shouting and seemed to feel bothered by my enquiry that I was having difficulty trying to make a purchase. When I asked could she help with the issue she sounded as though she was making things up as the call progressed. I asked why I could not buy less than 100 jars and she replied loudly and rudely "well, it must mean we are only selling bulk on that item". Whilst she was saying that I was viewing another item which was saying in stock but could not buy under 100, to which I pointed out. She rudely exclaimed "yeah, it's the same"! I was by then not only feeling like wow this person is putting off new custom, I was annoyed by her tone and frustrated at her lack of interest and 'computer says no' attitude. I will Never consider a purchase with this company! From reading the reviews here it appears I had a lucky escape :D Ampulla Jars have done nicely so far and I've made a nice large order with them.

Poor quality and customer service
I recently purchased 40 Classic glasses jars with lid and it turned up to be very poor quality. So thin and the lid it’s too heavy and doesn’t fit. It says on the website it’s a luxury feel with this jars , but that’s far from the truth. Now i’m going to loose my money for delivery , plus 10% for handling. Very, very disappointed. I don’t recommend this company.

Terribly Slow

In an age where most businesses now deliver products 1-2 days after purchasing, this is totally unacceptable!

The delivery was prompt and the bottles…
The delivery was prompt and the bottles are good quality. The only thing worth mentioning here is that we ordered 50 ml bottles and even though the bottles themselves state 50 ml, upon measuring our content, it was 60ml. Apart from this, they are perfect and would definitely recommend.

Thank you for letting us know about issue with the capacity of the 50ml Flask Bottle - this is one of our most popular bottles and we haven't heard this feedback on it it yet. The 50ml measurement may have been taken when the bottle is filled to just below the neck, instead of to the brim, but we will of course double check this. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.

Took longer than stated to dispatch ( only dispatched when prompted) and was missing more than 10 percent of my order. No response to 2 emails and no refund given.

Absolutely terrible customer service, they couldn't find the online purchase I had made which was over £700, all staff members i spoke to were useless, the bottles didn't turn up on time and when they did they were filthy

We do advise that customers wash their items before use, as they have been in a warehouse and van before arriving to you so we cannot guarantee that they do not gather dust.

I cannot recommend this company enough
I cannot recommend this company enough, My first order got cocked up by the courier, Dave the office manager got straight on the phone to them and sorted it all out, he also compensated me for the delays incurred and was very apologetic, not that he needed to be, it was after all entirely the courier's fault.
I'd also like to thank Hayley in customer services for her assistance with my order, without whom I'd have been enraged.
Will definitely come here first when I next require bottles of any kind.
Awesome job guys, thank you :)
Follow up:
The bottles have now arrived, they're exactly as I expected, they even supplied 4 extra bottles, presumably to cover potential in-transit breakages, bravo!
