I would definitely use glass bottles for my next bottle order! High quality materials, quick delivery, and a great price! In fact, I think I’ll be ordering again today! (Should have ordered more last time!)

The jars arrived quickly and in good condition. They are lovely and will make great gifts this Christmas filled with infused gin. I will definitely order again from this company.

Ordered some sample bottles from here, website ws giving me issues call up and they told me the site was fine which it was not, I finally got to order some sample bottle for my company who are looking for a supplier, I ordered two little bottles and they arrived in a bag with the bubble wrap in the bag but bottles not wrapped up which is why one bottle was broken, I contacted by email to let they know and I had no reply. This made me lost faith in making a massive bulk order and my company will be looking for another reliable supplier to spend our money with.

Great company. I needed dropper bottles for my home made vape juices, the bottles that I have bought on the net in the past have had the angled bulbous pipettes and they can be difficult to use on some tanks. Glass bottles had the exact type needed with the straight pipettes. The price was reasonable as I will be reusing them, they were delivered in less than a week in a well packed box with plenty of protection. The bottles are perfect, no chips or cracks the pipettes and tops are good quality child resistant type that you have to push down to unscrew. The courier they used texted me the day before and on the day so as to track them on the route and/or get an email or text for the ETA. So I am happy with the whole experience with glass bottles and will use them again.

Needed some small lidded bottles and was extremely pleased with this companies range of products. The speed of the delivery was great and the packaging could not be faulted. All the bottles arrived safe and sound and were incredibly good value for money. The lids are a lovely fit and the bottles will be able to reused over and over, perfect now we all want to get away from plastic. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and its products.

Order came in good condition and in great time.

I ordered these bottles with the expectation that because it said they were in stock I would receive them within the next week or so.

A few days later I received an email saying that they were now out of stock and that I won't receive them until the middle of October/November.

This has been a major inconvenience to us as we are still waiting for the bottles to arrive.

Order was completed perfectly and very happy with the quality of the products. I collected my order the staff in reception and in the warehouse were polite and professional. I will use these again very soon.

No bottles. No replies to any contact with the company via the website.

Six weeks later I'm going to have to chace a refund through my credit card company.

Yes - that is the correct order information yet I do not have any bottles.

UPDATE #2- yes, please would you organise a call from your sales team? Semantics aside, I have not received the order I placed and have paid for.

UPDATE#3: I have only placed one order and you are correct in your description of it - either way I don't have it. I'm a little surprised that you choose to sort this kind of thing out on a public forum (I have emailed your company a number of times without reply) and as I've alreadty said just now - yes please, I would like some form of constructive contact from someone who will be able to rectify this problem as I still want what I ordered.

UPDATE #4: You've already correctly identified my order as 106ml Food Jar & Silver Lids x 60 and I believe I've been quite explicit about your being correct and that I have not received them so call it what you will. I appreciate your continued interest in this yet despite having repeatedly accepted your request for a 'callback' from your sales team no one has contacted me. What else do you need to resolve this?

UPDATE #5: Having received a call from someone in management a new package was sent and received promptly along with an assurance that the lack of response from the website interface would be investigated. I hope and suspect that your experience will be better than mine.

Smooth customer experience from order to delivery, which was quick! Products as described. Only down side is the delivery costs that were more than the price of what I ordered, so it would more interesting with bigger orders. However, excellent service, so nothing to regret.

Awful service. My order was delayed, and when I called them to ask when it will be delivered, they say let we check, and we'll get back to you. Never called back. Talked to 3 different people from their sales department. They don't have any contact for complaints, and I don't know who to call to solve my problem.

Bought 8oz Quadro only to find they are 6oz - when I phoned to get the 8oz as advertised was told they were foreign supply and you don't do 8oz. Refund was offered but the point is I wanted 8oz.

Great service from start to finish. Easy to navigate website l, accurately described product and on time delivery. Will definately order again.
