Great Company
Where do i start well the products this company have are absolutely fantastic the quality the prices and the range of things I can't seem to get anywhere else but Glencrest have them all the offers they supply are brilliant the delivery services is beyond words I missed my delivery and they came back with it next day with no extra cost no other company offer this service the delivery driver was one of best I've came across ever so polite and cheerful which makes a change from other companies all I can say is a massive well done from the staff who take the order to the one packing and definitely to the driver thank you

UPS dont deliver Orders Glencrest Dont Care
Placed an order for £95 for crisps and snacks . For 3 days i have had email from UPS saying out for delivery then hours later redelivery requested (IT Wasn't) then another email held in depot this has happened for 3 days in a row. The customer service AI says its out for delivery .you go round and round in circles the telephone customer service say the same. Glencrest say its out of there hands really poor customer service Have requested a refund as UPS are not interested and neither are Glencrest.. I will close my account as soon as I get a refund.

I know one of my colleagues spoke to you several times & contacted UPS on your behalf to try to expedite delivery to you.
Courier delays are fairly common at this time of year, Black Friday & Christmas volumes all rolled into one.
As requested by you, we cancelled your order & processed a refund & the products you ordered have now been returned to us by UPS.
With a little patience & understanding of seasonal logistics challenges, your order of crisps would have arrived within a day or so, but I guess it must've been more urgent than that.
Great Service.
Prompt dispatch, well packaged orders and very fair prices. What’s not to like!
Highly Recommended.

Avoid at all costs, rude and unhelpful…
Ordered two boxes of Tunnocks snacks through their tiktok shop, item was meant to be delivered on 28 August but never arrived, messaged shop and they were not interested, and told me to go through tiktok for a refund. Ended up going back and forth and I still dont have my order delivered, and the rude abruptness of this shop refusing to help me as their customer and passing the buck would stop me from ever buying from them ever again. They dont care about their customers in my experience and dont look into their own parcels that have gone missing, and twice rejected my appeals for a full refund. Avoid at all costs. Terrible customer service

Great communication, service and product.
First of all I got an email telling me they had a small amount of tunnocks meringues. This is something I used to buy many years ago and i was surprised theat they are still being made.
I ordered two boxes and they arrived next day. Very fast delivery and the UPS driver is always very friendly.
I am so happy they informed me about this product.
I'm happy to say the product is as good as I remembered.
