What A Refreshing Experience

Caution with Shelf life
Prices are reasonable, with a good range of products but i'm disappointed with the shelf life of the crisps.
A 32 pack of crisps should have longer than 5/6 weeks.
I contacted customer services, who fobbed me off.

Hi Gareth sorry to hear about your disappointment with the date on the crisps on your order. I can see it was Tayto crisps which are a slight challenge as we import them from Ireland. The Wurster sauce flavour you purchased were I believe dated 22nd January 2022 so just over 6 weeks when they arrived with you 15th? They are manufactured with a maximum of 12 weeks date but in reality by the time they are warehoused, picked & shipped to us they will usually have an absolute MAXIMUM of 10 weeks. We order these every 2 weeks from Tayto who in turn only guarantee 6 weeks to us.....not ideal I agree but our choice is not stocking them.
I've spoken with our head of Customer Services who you spoke to & I'm again disappointed you feel he fobbed you off as he is a very experienced & long serving member of our team & will always be customer centric in finding a solution where he can.
If you drop an email to customerservices@glencrest.co.uk they will give you a code for a special discount on your next order, by way of an apology.
