Not a great effort on our part there & my apologies for that. I can see your order was placed Thursday evening & delivered in one of our own trucks the following Tuesday. We normally quote 2 working days for delivery so this was a day later than we'd hope for.
More disappointing was our own driver leaving your delivery on your doorstep. My colleague has arranged a meeting with our driver tomorrow to share your feedback. In the meantime if there was any heat damage to any of the items in your order please share the detail with customerservices@glencrest.co.uk & they will resolve that for you.

Yey, new shop for me unlocked!
I was worried about using a new site , especially after reading some reviews but I am so happy! The delivery was so quick , with no issues whatsoever , and at a great price ( I like a certain energy drink that is a nightmare to get in shops)

I've started an investigation into this with our delivery partner UPS & our own team here, to try establish exactly what has happened.
From my initial quick checks we can't seem to find any correspondence from you or from UPS to alert us to anything untoward. Any additional information you could provide to customerservices@glencrest.co.uk would help our investigation. Hopefully we will get to the bottom of it & resolve as quickly as possible.

Took a chance with this company because they had a scarcely available product in good quantities at an excellent price. Am delighted i did. Delivery was in less than 48 hours to England. Price even with delivery was better than elsewhere. Customer service replied immediately to my pre delivery query. First class. Merry Christmas.
UPDATE- Just took delivery of 3rd order, flawless service, discounts on delivery for large orders, excellent logistics, perfect products. Fully recommended.
2nd UPDATE: took delivery of my fourth order today, received within 24 hours of ordering to England. Perfect logistics, packaging, products and price. A brilliant company.

Anyway, that aside, apologies that we no longer ship to Greece but it's as a result of the difficulties in clearing goods through your customs in Greece post Brexit.
Prior to you inputting your shipping details we don't know where you're shipping address is, so there is no alternative but to complete that information before our system is able to establish whether or not it's a country we ship to.
