John Roel is a great guy

John Roel is a great guy. He helped me setting up the replacement sim when the original one didn't get installed correctly and was not working. As I was struggling with the connection, he promptly helped and sent a replacement and patiently waited for me to install and test new one.. i really appreciate his quick support.

GlobaleSim realy suck for Zambia.

GlobaleSim realy suck for Zambia.
After paying, installing their app, and arriving to Zambia to use it, IT REALLY DIDN’T WORK. After exchanging messages with their support (which btw it really sucks, after giving them my phone model, that Gerard guy was still sending me to find and click on options that doesn’t exist) really bad support…., still couldn’t find a way to activate it. The final answer was “sorry for inconvenience, we’ll proceed with your refund request “, I never asked for a refund request, but this only means that they got used to their system flaws and quickly offering refunds.
Stay away from them and purchase Holafly like I did it now, even though is more expensive but at least you have what you need.

Esim in South Africa didn't work

Esim in South Africa didn't work. Connected but no data transfer. No APN options as set up or found online worked. Couldn't reach human support as advertised. Luckily I could do a charge back.

GlobalSIM AMAZING Spport

GlobalSIM works very well and is very easy to use.

However, I used up all my data while I was in China and had some trouble installing a new package. The GlobalSIM support team helped me repeatedly by providing new codes again and again, and in the end everything worked out.
The support is amazing – patient, helpful, and incredibly fast, both via chat and email.
I would especially like to thank John Roel, who helped me stay connected and not get lost in China after I ran out of internet.

Initially the sim did not work

Initially the sim did not work.
Installed app and went to chat! After a few moments was connected to Gerald! He helped me in less than 3 minutes and my eSIM started working !

Easy and supported 5g! Voice call didn’t work.

Was very easy to activate and I was surprised to have 5g service! 4 stars instead of 5 because the voice calling add-on didn’t work but we have been able to get by without it.

Customer Service Fix

I had an issue with connecting to my esim after activation. I used their customer support agent, which quickly put me through to Mark. Mark fixed my issue immediately. Would recommend!

Excellent costumer support and good quality!

I bought an eSIM from globalesim because it was the cheapest option out of all the other providers! But I was sceptical when I first activated it, it could only work with 3G and it wasn’t even working but as soon as I contacted costumer support and got connected with a human agent Mark i got really fast support with my problem the sim works fine and the support was efficient, quick and really good. Would definitely recommend.

Great after sales service by customer service

I had an issue with my top up and I just received the fastest and best after sales service I've ever received. John Roel is the employee who answered both my email to customer service and WhatsApp almost immediately, solving the issue within a couple of minutes. 100% recommended. Just send them a WhatsApp or write to their cs email account if you face any problem.
