Issues Connecting but promptly fixed
I was having issues adding my Esim to my phone after a top up. I couldn't troubleshooting i was still unable to connect. John Roel took over and was able to promptly assist me in getting it up and running after some adjustments to my account. He was professional and patient. 😊

I bought a Far East eSIM for travelling in Asia and was having difficulties connecting to the network in Thailand. Used the customer service chat bot firstly before talking to Mark who was able to get my data up and running within a few minutes. Plan upgrade did not go to plan
I upgraded a e-sim Plan from the Germany last year December to work in India.
Gremlins decided to put a spanner in the works so it was not connecting on arrival.
Once at the Hotel, I contacted support and John Roel sorted me out in 5-10 minutes.
Thanks John, you just won lots of Travellers forever. I will use GlobaleSim for my family and all my Employees when we travel in future.
Price is alway an issue when purchase a new e-Sim. But to know there is solid support behind the product is priceless!!

Bought a data plan 15GB for Qatar. Just because I would be there on the 23rd of January for few hours waiting to change airplane. It was very important for me to have access these few hours.
But I never had access to the internet..

Appalling for AFRICA
Appalling for AFRICA. Website & App clearly states they cover Burundi, however no coverage after trying for 24 hours and contacting their tech support. Finally told no coverage in Burundi. Did not offer refund-I had to request this and then told takes ‘several’ business days to process! Terrible!
