Cuba coverage
I traveled in Cuba and I spend more than 2 weeks there. The coverage and speed were quite good. The local network is not so good. However in Havana the coverage was very good!!

Coverage could be better in Kenya
We bought a plan for Kenya and got a bit disappointed. The Globalesim card did not work very well on the countryside, the coverage was pretty bad everywhere except Nairobi and Mombasa. Even my German card worked better.

Great price for South Africa
Great price for South Africa! The connection was good most of the time, the speed was sufficient for data calls, video was not that great. Overall I am satisfied and will use Globalesim again when I travel.

5 stars for the fast and customer-oriented service on my complaint
I have been on a trip in Central America and had bought data via eSim from GlobaleSim using for the countries I was going to visit. In Nicaragua I had no connection to the network at all. In Guatemala I had connection to the network, but often the connection was very slow. Otherwise, the eSim worked well in the region.
I wrote to GlobalSim about my problems, especially in Nicaragua. I got Immediately confirmation that my complaint had been received - and then nothing more happened.
Now I have written again to GlobaleSim and corresponded with John, and he found a good solution regarding my complaint.
Thanks to John Roel for the quick response to my inquiry and for coming up with a good solution to the problem.
I look forward to my next trip using eSim on my phone from GlobaleSim.

Had unlimited international calls and unlimited data.
Just before Chistmas I couldn't call international numbers. No one to contact except today that spent the whole day asking questions and giving no answered. Still withwout service when I really needed it. I really, really regret paying for this crap!
