Nothing for me
I bought esim "Far East" but it didn't work nither i China nor Vietnam.
I contacted customer support and follow the stallations step manually but it didn't work at all.
My advice, buy a local physical simcard, mych cheaper and better and avoid headache

I bought 100 phone minutes for South East Asia, installed the esim and the app in the way prescribed, but when I wanted to make a call, it did not work: “the call was not covered by my contract”. I deinstalled GlobalEsim, money thrown away.

Data is ok, Voice option is not working (Senegal)
I chose GlobalSim for Senegal because beside of data they offer a voice option with telephon number.
Data was working as expected but the voice option did not. I was not able to call somebody (nor direct nor via GlobalSim App) nor could I be called.
The service responded quickly but was not able to solve the problem.
Even if: Buying a vioce option/telephone number explicitely for Senegal I would expect to get a local telephone number. But you'll get a US one. So you can't use any local money transfering app (demanding for a local number) and no local person will call an expensive US telephone number.
At least GlobalSim immedially refunded the Voice Option surcharge.

Awesome app, problem fixed instantly
I have been using their app for couple of years and it was always awesome because you don’t need to spend your time looking for shops that sell regular SIM cards and ask for triple the money. Never had any problems until today when first my confirmation letter didn’t get to my email. I contacted the agent through the app and he sent me the letter then when we arrived to the country couple hours later SIM cards didn’t work. So I contacted them through the app again and John Roel helped me quickly and also gave a discount code for the inconvenience. Very good customer service even when rare problems occur (first time after 9 other eSIM purchases with them).

Very good support
I ordered an esim plan including the possibility to make phone calls in South America. The price was really good - in particular as there is only a limited number of providers that include phone calls.
I had two problems (one was caused by a mistake I made) and so I had to reach Globalesim twice.
The latest issue was that the esim didn't install and Mark helped me very quickly, competent and friendly! Great Job!
BTW: for phone calls, the app has to be used, but that's no disadvantage from my side

Having used and installed various other esims, I am not a novice.
However, I could not get the esim to work, nor could I get any kind of coherent response from their 'support'. Just an AI bot sending me round in circles.
I basically wasted my money.

10GB of date for Mozambique but only 3G!!!
I bought 10GB of data for Mozambique at what I thought was a great price compared to other sims. ONLY to be highly dissipointed that it only used 3G network and not 4G or 5G making it useless for using Whatsapp or navigation or mostly any apps.
