I am very happy I found GlobaleSIM, this is an excellent option to travel, and not pay overinflated roaming charges to your cellular carrier. I recently was in Havana, Cuba, and despite all the power failures, and communications issues going on in Cuba, my GlbaleSIM worked almost flawlessly, i say almost, becuase, thre are very few cell towers in havana, Cuba, and when the power fails, the towers loose power, and despite all that, my eSIM worked until the power was gone from the tower. All in All, I am extremely happy with the eSIM, and with the Customer service support! I stronly recomend it!

Bought a Far East plan for several Asian countries, it worked fine on the first one (Indonesia) but stopped working on the second (Thailand), I contacted via chat and they issue a replacement eSim in no time, agent Gladys was very helpful and professional, overall an amazing customer service experience.

We bought data plan esims for our trip to panama. Our phones couldn't connect to the available networks, but with the help of Mark we could very quickly resolve the issue. The costumer service was patient and helpful. We have communicated via the chat.

My first eSIM for South Africa worked absolutely perfectly but I had an issue when I needed to get a second one. It installed exactly as it should do and I used it for a couple of hours, and then it simply stopped working! I had to get onto WiFi to contact the customer support (Fanie) who spent over 1 hour trying various things. In the end a replacement eSIM was issued which appears to be working ok….fingers crossed. So I was disappointed that the eSIM didn’t work as it should’ve done but pleased that Fanie resolved it for me.
UPDATE: I've now returned home from my trip and wanted to share my eSim experience. Other than the issue mentioned above which was successfully sorted out, I had no problems at all with my Globalesim's. I initially bought a 30-day 10GB data esim followed by a 10-day 2GB one. They worked well with good coverage and did exactly what I needed them to do. I would certainly recommend Globalesim based on that experience.
