Long time wasted in troubleshooting the connectivity issue
I purchased their eSIM at Tajikistan and even after spending one hour with them in emails going back and forth they couldn't resolve the problem. Compared to Airalo who are quick in asking the right questions and diagnosing the issue, I guess they are very inexperienced and that caused the delay (I spent 1hr 20 minutes in emails going back and forth until they agreed to refund) in trouble shooting the real issue. I wasted my sleep doing this late in the night. Please don't waste your time as they are ok as long as no problem when you install. Once you get into problem it really waste a lot of time and not worth taking that risk during travel. One thing I appreciate is that they were constantly engaged in emails trying to resolve but it doesn't take away the fact that my 1hr 20 minutes in the night is gone.
