GO Forth! Motorhome Hire Reviews 

Booked online a week before renting. A simple booking process with email communication and when we had to change our pick up and drop off times, nothing was too much trouble for the Go Forth team. James did the induction and made sure we were comfortable with how everything worked. We hired ‘Danni’ the motorhome who was spotless and had heaps of storage room and more than enough space for all 3 of us. Everything is provided for you and they really have thought of it all, down to the dominoes and camping chairs. You get a link to the mobile app which is brilliant and includes a user guide and absolutely everything you need to know. We will definitely hire again from Go Forth Motorhomes, an outstanding company. Thanks James and Mark.

My family and I had an amazing time away with Freddie for a week. Very spacious inside and well equipped. Great communication from James and Mark. They both should be very proud to have such a great business they have built up for themselves. Will defo be booking up next time. Was our first time renting a motorhome and so was nervous about picking the right company. Couldn't have been happier with our decision! Brilliant company, great fun, fantastic advice and tips, and perfect, quality vehicles. Our choice of 'Danni' was spot on and provided a fully equipped, nearly new 4 berth motorhome that provided a quality 'home from home' for 4 days for me, my wife and grown-up daughter. We had everything we needed except we could have done with more plug points....but that was due to our daughter's excessive need for electronic gadgets more than anything else!

Whilst the initial 'walkthrough' seemed daunting, it mostly sunk in and we had a hassle free, really enjoyable time that meant we could relax and soak up the beautiful Scottish scenary.

Our trip included a stopover at Loch Lomond (literally feet away - fabulous! But that's another review!),Loch Ness and Inver Mill near Dunkeld.

Hi All, Its with regret I have to write a 5 Star review on this company because I fear by doing so I will not get to hire Danni again next year because it will be all booked up.
If you want a great motorhome experience look no further, James and Mark are brillant at what they do and the motorhome was perfect and as you can see from previous reviews expect one ( there's always one ) your sure to have a great holiday, so with regret look no further than GOFORTHMOTORHOMES you will not regret it.

Staff and really nice and friendly. The staff take pride in the motorhomes and they are well looked after. The guys went through everything with us before we set off. They ensured we had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. We had a great holiday and would highly recommend Go Forth.

Very bad experience.
The car we were given at start had scratches on the back. When we returned the car it had more scratches and the owners demanded to pay the full cost of the parts. In this way, when more and more scratches appear on the back of the car, the full cost of the parts can be more and more recalculated.
I will never rent again and strongly do not recommend to others.

Where do I start, I recommend this company, from start to finish, the professionalism was first class. We were lucky enough to hire Prince one of their dog friendly vans. It is a beautiful van and was absolutely spotless with no trace of other dogs, because it was so pristine I was a little worried because we have two big puppy dogs, the staff were so reassuring the dogs would be fine but, for my benefit and to put my mind at ease they provided me with extra towels, antibacterial wipes and extra sheets to put on the chairs which put my mind at rest.

We hired Prince for 9 nights and with any other holiday there's always something you may need extra to make your time away comfortable, every time we said I could just do with a ..... there it was in the van already, it is equipped with everything you could possibly need. It is true, all you need are your clothes and money everything you need is in the van.

On our first day we were given a very thorough tour of how things worked on the van, when leaving the compound we noticed the battery was not fully charging we contacted the office and within minutes a new one was ordered, they asked us to go and get it fitted from the nearest shop to us which was literally 12 miles away they were so apologetic and offered to pay for a meal out on them, this was not necessary but greatly appreciated.

Communication was instant via telephone or email.

Unfortunately we had a little scrape in Prince on our last evening, we were devastated and was dreading the phone call back to the office. No worry was needed,the staff were so understanding and chilled out about it, there was really no need to explain anything never mind worry. They were so reassuring and said it happens all the time.

We left a few things in Prince which were posted out to us the next day, nothing is too much trouble.

We cannot recommend this company enough If you want a hassle worry free tour of Scotland travelling in style then GO forth is your go to.

What a great find, we were looking for our first time in a Motorhome and Go Forth Motorhomes delivered on all counts. Our van “Junior” was immaculate and a well presented vehicle, it had all the mod cons and a welcome pack provided was a great touch.

We will definitely be back as the customer service and vehicles on offer are excellent.

If anyone is thinking of a campervan holiday, I wid highly recommend
GOFORTH mobile home based in Cowdenbeath.
We hired a van called arnie and for a set price had the best time in luxury driving round the Highlands with the beautiful scenery all around us.

From start to finish: initial advice on the most suitable vehicle for our needs, the booking and payment process, communications throughout, check-out and check-in, were all flawless.

We hired Arnie for a tour of the Highlands – travelling East to West. A most spacious and comfortable home for the week. We had a most enjoyable holiday and felt assured and fully supported by Mark and James in the event that any questions might arise or assistance be required during our journey.

We have no hesitation in recommending GoForth as an exceptional, high quality service provider for your motorhome hire.

First time we have used Go Forth motorhomes. It was ideally located for us as we live in the same town as them. It was also the first time we have ever used a motorhome, so the owners explained everything we needed to know about using the vehicle. You were able to download the app for that particular vehicle which was really helpful, it also gave you all the information you needed to know how to operate everything on and in the vehicle. They were flexi on times for collecting and dropping off, but only if they were able to accommodate the times, which was good. The booking process was straight forward enough. The motorhomes were spotlessly clean on college and they also supplied all the bedding and towels. Also another good touch was they gave you a food starter pack. Their satnav system was really good on the vehicle. We would definitely use them again.

This was the best experience of motor homing it could have been, as a first timer, instructions and handover was very easy to understand and support was always on hand if needed.
The home itself was spotless, and the drive was really enjoyable.
All facilities and accessories were provided. The beds were so comfortable it gave us all the best sleep we have had in a while.
100% would recommend for anyone experienced or new to touring.

GoForth! Motorhome hire have been incredible from start to finish. Top motorhome, amazing customer service and great location North of Edinburgh to do the NC500 and explore Fife.

Mark and James couldn't do enough to help us, they showed us how everything worked before even taking us on a mini test drive! They have created a useful app which means you have support 24/7 but they are also happy to help via a call if needed so you feel fully supported which was important to us as this was our first motorhome hire.

The motorhomes are fully equipped with EVERYTHING you need, we took too much stuff but a bag of clothes and food was all we really needed.

The actual motorhome is excellent, we hired Junior which was automatic, we found this made driving easier on the NC500. Everything was well looked after and very clean.

We had an absolute blast hiring this for the week and will be planning our next trip soon. Highly recommend doing the NC500 in a motorhome and highly recommend GoForth Motorhomes.
