Honest, affordable company.
I liked the ease of booking. Sent a message Sunday night after noticed boiler leaking. I had a phone call next morning and arranged an appointment. The gas fitter Steve T was honest, experienced and fixed my boiler whilst giving it a service. The invoice very reasonable - easy to pay either following the job by card / direct bank transfer or online via text. Given them a call, I cannot recommend enough.

Terrible!!!
I called them and tell them that I have issues with the heating because the fan of
the boiler it’s not working anymore.So I booked engineer for the next day between 11.00am and 1.00pm.
Firstly I lost 2 hours waiting for someone to arrive.I needed to call and ask if someone it’s coming or not.
Second when the person arrived he told me that the fan needs replacement and probably something else is broken as well.He told me that the boiler it’s old(something which I already knew).
He charged me £102 and he left.
I don’t know what kind of help is that and
For what reason they charged me this money.Not helpful at all!!!!

We are truly sorry to hear about your negative experience with our service. It’s frustrating to wait longer than expected, but some jobs take longer and traffic is also a factor.
You contacted our company and suggested the fan on the boiler was faulty, other issues can arise to not make the fan work electrically. You booked an engineer and were quoted £ 85 plus VAT.
After tests were carried out, yes the fan was faulty.
If you knew 100% the fan was faulty, a second opinion was not required. A price to supply and fit could have been given on the phone, instead of calling out an engineer.

A job well done.
Appointment made, the service engineer rang shortly before arrival. He carried out the service with omission tests performed. Also had the power filter cleaned and system refilled with fluid. All in all very satisfied.

Great service
Easy to book a service and a good price. Engineer phoned ahead to say he was on way. Engineer was clean and friendly, carried out service and offered extra, if I wanted filter clean and chemicals put it , at an extra cost as this is not part of service , I agreed overall very pleased with service and would highly recommend

5 star service
We recently have been having some major issues with our combi boiler, despite it having been regularly serviced and maintained over several years under a maintenance agreement with a major energy supply company. In short their service was far below the standard you would expect despite increasing their maintenance costs each year.
Well we decided it might be time to renew the boiler and at the same time look around locally for a company who could service and maintain our heating system.
Well our faith was restored in good old fashion ‘customer service’ when we approached GoGo Boilers locally in New Eltham. The advice they gave was second to none and we now have a brand-new boiler installed with a 10-year warranty with no further costly maintenance and repair costs.
One call to GoGo and a date was fixed for the installation which was even re-scheduled earlier as they were aware that we had no hot water.
On the installation date, Richard one of GoGo’s engineers, arrived early and immediately got to work on installing our boiler and we were up and running later that day. We must say all the work was carried out in a very professional and efficient manner and after, the whole work area was left in tidy and clean order.
Needless to say, we have no hesitation in recommending GoGo Boilers of New Eltham for all your boiler and plumbing requirements. Definitely a 5* service.

Professional and efficient service
We are new to the area and were struggling to find someone to come and have a look at our shower. Togo boilers came out within a day of us ringing. The engineer (Oliver) was professional, friendly and very helpful in diagnosing the potential issue and offering a solution. We would definitely recommend and we would definitely use again

We were getting an error code on our boiler and Steve came to help us. He was very thorough and helpful and carefully explained what had happened with our boiler. He solved the problem in less than 10minutes! I will definitely be using them to service my boiler in a few months.
