Brilliant work: new boiler and smart-heating install
Two visits. The first was a service on, as it turned out, a shockingly old boiler with corroded innards. He showed me the damage, talked me through his notes, and explained my options well.
Two days later, the installers came to fit a replacement boiler, as well as the smart heating thermostat and radiator valves that I requested. On time, no nonsense, they guided me through Hive setup, cleaned up after themselves, and all finished between lunch and tea.
Bonus points for texturing the re-cementing round the new flue-pipe to match the bricks/mortar pattern around it, and he even took his shoes off to come upstairs on the carpet (good work, that fella's mum!). Top work from start to finish.

Had some issues with my boiler and…
Had some issues with my boiler and feared it had come to the end. Spoke to a few other companies who were keen to get someone round at great expensive to check up. Had a 10 minute chat with Steve and I havn’t spoken to a more friendly and helpful professional in my life. Walked me through a few steps and before I knew it everything was back to normal. When the day comes to get a new boiler gogo will be the first call I make. Great company cheers guys 👍

Professional service
Engineer rang to confirm that he was on his way. He was quick and efficient and identified a straightforward fix for a problem we had been having. He also suggested an additional service element and was clear that there would be an additional cost, and what that cost would be. Will be using the company annually from now on.

GoGo Boilers were perfect for us
GoGo Boilers were perfect for us. Our boiler had been switched off by an engineer so we were without hot water and heat. Steve in the shop knew his stuff and gave us a really prompt fix date as well as a competitive price. Richard, who installed it, was great - on time, helpful, adaptive and efficient.

In spite of an initial hiccup, plumber Steve came to the rescue and did a great job. Friendly, professional and tidy, he was the perfect person to get if you don’t like DIY!

Had a boiler issue recently
Had a boiler issue recently, contacted GoGo boilers. Prompt response! Could have had somebody attending the same day. Opted for a few days later. Engineer was on time but and there it changed. After seeing that our boiler was a bit older he lost interest fixing or at least opening the boiler and check if it was possible to fix. Instead we we just given a quite expensive replacement quote and paid £ 102 for nothing. Had a different Engineer coming to the house, he checked properly. He gave us a quote for fixing and two quotes for replacement. And guess what? As he wasn't able to fix it, we paid nothing. That is what I call customer service. I will not use GoGo boilers for the replacement and won't recommend them to anyone.

We are really sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the service provided.
We have carried out an investigation and read the engineer's report. The engineer confirmed that the cover was removed in order to carry out a full inspection and investigate various faults with the boiler (filling link is letting by, expansion vessel diaphragm has ruptured with water at the air valve, pressure relief valve is also letting by, which means that the boiler would have to come off the wall for repairs). Due to the age and condition, it was recommended to replace the boiler. A copy of the report was left at the property, highlighting the issues.
The price of £85.00 plus VAT (no call-out charge) was agreed when the booking was made. However, we have mentioned that this would come back as a credit if we were to proceed with replacing the boiler.

Came to do service on our boiler like they do every year. This time it's suddenly condemed and unsafe. Ok. Got someone else in, but still got charged like we had a service done when we didn't. Emailed about a refund but got declined.

Thank you for providing your feedback regarding the recent inspection of your boiler. Your safety and satisfaction are of utmost importance to us.
We have checked our database and read the engineer's report, who has stated that the boiler due to condense leaking has corroded and rust appeared at the bottom of the carcass. This renders the boiler unsafe and the boilers gas supply was isolated and also, a warning notice was issued, which you signed aware that the appliance is immediately dangerous. The email that you sent after, stated that another company said that this is safe to be used. For us to get a 2nd opinion, we contacted Ideal, the manufacturer, and forwarded the pictures that we had taken and in reply, they confirmed that the boiler is in none non-repairable condition and as the rust is on the chassis of the boiler, this would render it as unsafe to use and would advise to replace the boiler as it is unable to be repaired. A copy of their email was forwarded to you.
All our engineers are Gas Safe Registered and they follow the rules and regulations as required to ensure the safety of our customers.
We would like to point out that if your boiler has been made to work, you are putting your life and others at risk. And stress not to use the boiler. We would highly recommend that you contact Gas Safe at 0800 408 5500 and advise them what has happened.
In order to address the situation, we have provided you with a quotation to replace the boiler and are willing to refund the charge for the engineer's visit if you choose to proceed with the replacement.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter. Your safety is our utmost concern, and we are here to assist you in any way we can.

New boiler
We had a service carried out on our boiler and it was found during the service that our boiler needed to be renewed. This was arranged quickly and installed for us a couple of days after our service. The engineer was professional, tidy and answered the many questions that we had! Will definitely be using for our annual service.

New Boiler
GoGo boilers are a very good company. They react quickly to your needs and give a great service. We had a new boiler fitted by Ronnie and Paul. They were courteous, professional and did a great job. They tidied up after themselves and left only after making sure we understood how to operate the wireless timer/thermostat. Very pleased and will be happy that GoGo will be doing the services on the boiler.

I was not at the appointment to meet the engineer, however my daughter was in. She said that the engineer was rude and abrupt and this is not good customer service. I certainly need a new boiler which explained to me when I got there. Unfortunately, I will not be commissioning your service to install the replacement boiler for me, but thank you for your time.

Firstly, they rang back when they said they would and turned up as expected and the job was done was done expertly and quickly. So pleased as I was fed up with Plumbers saying they will come and don't or coming and then never sending a quote. Go Go Boilers came and just did the job. Very helpful with guidance and explanations of what was needed and what was undertaken. Called GOGO on recommendation. Installed within 2 days of quote, they were clean and tidy, gave us instructions how to use the boiler along with the guarantee and will remind us for the service each year. would definately recommend.

first time using GO GO boilers
had been let down by multiple engineers from different companies, by chance saw the main shop popped in and arranged for engineer to attend. turned up on time and prompt carried out all works and returned heating and hot water, would recommend them to anyone.
