Kirk and all the staff are top notch

5 🌟 service from The Gold Centre, communication from Charlie via email and then in person. I had some jewellery repairs done and Charlie explained throughout exactly what he was going to do as one piece (bracelet) was broken in many places. Met Kirk on paying and he is also very pleasant. I would 100% recommend and definitely use gold centre again. I wish everyone had the same customer service as gold centre.

initially bought a gold necklace for my sister from the Gold center in November 2024 and I was satisfied with my purchase. Charlie and his colleagues were very friendly and patient taking me through different options until I found the perfect piece.

Fast forward to 2025, as a satisfied customer I bought 3 gold rings (a diamond engagement ring, and wedding rings for my wedding) and i am once again satisfied with my purchases. My wife also loves her diamond engagement and wedding ring so much. Thank you Charlie, I’ll definitely be back again soon.

I put my gold 2 hearts bracelet in to be untangled it was badly tangled . They sent it way to be done came back collected yesterday. They done a fantastic job of it first class service . Was serching for a place to get my daughter's ear piercing who is 3 months old, when i came across the gold centre. Couldnt believe how quick, beautifully and meticulously they done the job. Quite possibly the best jeweller's in west London, I recently brought an extremely damaged gold ring for a repair and I thought it wouldn’t be possible to return it to its former glory and within a few days the job was done I only wish I had a before and after photo. Absolutely brilliant service from Kirk and his colleague. They were extremely pleasant and easy to talk too. Almost like speaking to a relative, family member cousin and uncle. The jewellery is of the highest quality and incredibly enticing.
Some of the other services provided like their jewellery polishing were unbelievable. Polishing and even removing scratches and dents from existing jewellery I had that I never thought could possibly be restored.

I purchased several items. It was as if I was visiting a supermarket in which I only intended to go for one thing and ended up coming out with several other things.
The business was easy to find and located on a busy high street (North End Rd, SW6)

Will definitely visit again and intend to go back again soon in the very near future. Well done THE GOLD CENTRE.
