Having used this place several times over a long period of time, I feel I can now write an honest review. Staff always been helpful and friendly, as well as professional. We are not the sort of customer who shows out or chats like we are their most regular customer, we like the privacy and descretion we are given here. We have taken in many different pieces of watches or jewellery for repair or cleaning and whether an expensive watch or cheaper Jewellery care and attention has been the same, excellent. Then today I took in a necklace, my most precious possession, I was worried about having the chain repaired, but needed it tomorrow for a special day, the member of staff looked and said we can do it probably for next week my heart sank, and thought I would cry inside. She took it to show Kirk Pomal, and a very short while later he appeared having repaired it with the same level of care and expertise as each time before. Thank you for taking the time to realise the importance of doing this immediately, even if only a small job, and still doing an excellent high quality job. I highly recommend the Gold centre for high quality work and jewellery as well as honest friendly professional customer service. Thank you Kirk and team

Excellent customer service. Just popped in hoping to find someone to help my mum which was in a lot of pain having her wedding band jammed. We found Kirk, a very helpful and kind person. He done the job within one minute. My mum was extremely happy afterwards. Totally recommend this place!!! Thank you again Kirk!!

Fantastic service! I asked them to set a diamond pendant for me and I couldn’t be more happy with the results. They made an 18ct gold setting and out of all the jewellers that I got quotes from they had the best price. This is the second time I have had pieces made or altered by them and I will definitely use them again!

Very highly recommended I purchased a ring I designed it they made it also engraved it for me excellent high standard I can’t thank the gold centre enough the gentlemen Kirk was amazing also they fitted a new watch strap for me whilst I waited never know a jewellery shop to help the customers the way they do I wouldn’t shop no were else after the service I received full marks to The Gold Centre Fulham very much appreciated Thankyou Linda

Excellent! 10 Gold Stars! I shop using the Gold Centre Fulham's online website. On this occasion I had a question and so emailed the company. Kirk emailed me back straight away and was so helpful with his replies. I ordered the largest 9ct Gold Creole Earrings. Kirk called and texted me to let me know exactly when he had posted them and when I would receive them. My earring arrived today. They are gorgeous and look fabulous - they are very large and impressive yet light to wear and have an easy to use secure clasp. TGC Fulham is my favourite jewellers, my partner and I love gold jewellery and shop here everytime!!

I needed help and advice on a keeper ring for my partner's 30th birthday. Kirk was beyond helpful! Customer service is just brilliant. I can recommend The Gold Centre without a doubt!

Can't fault this company for product and especially service.
Long story short, a couple of minor issues were sorted out very professionally and quickly by Kirk (not all the fault of the Gold Centre).
Wouldn't hesitate to use this company for all future purchases.

Went in Tues Dec 15 and needed to get a silver bracelet heart engraved before xmas, the following day I received a call to come and collect my bracelet as the work was completed, good service and staff very friendly and was very reasonably priced for the work.

Fantastic service - we ordered in a ring for my boyfriends birthday and I ordered the wrong size. They were super helpful and resized the ring so it fit perfectly. The craftsmanship was excellent and there was no visible line where the ring was made smaller. They did this with no additional charge. Will defiantly go back for all my other jewellery requirements.

Went there today saw Kirk who gave me the best rate on some euros that I needed. Will use them from now on for any foreign currency I need. Highly recommended.

My new go-to for buying and amending gold jewelry

After being recommended this place, I went to get my signet ring adjusted. Amazing service - it was done incredibly fast and looks perfect. Wonderful customer service and good value. I will be coming back.

Brilliant!
We went in to find a signet ring and found a very good choice of shapes and sizes.
We had to order in a certain size, and it arrived the next morning!
They also did a fantastic job with the engraving, by using a laser.
We will definitely go back!

Went to get my 6 year old brothers piercing, I received exceptional service from the moment I stepped in the store. The owner was friendly and was also good at keeping my brother calm whilst getting his piercing. Got this done for a GREAT PRICE ! I highly recommend it

Whilst searching for a very particular ring I came across The Gold Centre and was instantly impressed with the customer service provided by Kirk Pomal. He listened carefully to what I was looking for and didn’t try to ‘sell’ to me at any point.
