Don't even deserve one star!!!

In the same boat as everyone else here, ordered game for sons xmas - went to check status last week and surprise surprise website down and now in the process or recovering my money!!!

Ordered a game end of November. Like everyone else on here went to check to see why it was taking so long and the website is down. No way of contacting them. I have rang my bank it’s just going to take time but I will hopefully get my money back from these robbing b***ards. The replies from this company as well are making my blood boil. Taking the p***.

SCAM!!! Have taken my money and never delivered the goods. They were Christmas presents too. Go to track the delivery which was supposed to come by the end of November and would you guess... the website is no longer available.
Makes me sick that there are people like this in the world stealing from the innocent hard working!

I contacted the bank and got my money refunded but it’s these scum bags who should have to pay!!!
Why don’t you go any earn a proper living instead of stealing off other people!!!

I am afraid we have been robbed too. Paid for a Switch game, took the money and then closed the site down. We have tried to claim back from our bank after making a bank transfer to this company as instructed and they cannot help us. Saying we are a victim of 'authorised push payment scam'. Now we have lost our hard earned money to this fraudulent company. I believe in Karma and hope that these people get their come uppance.

Goldman Express UK, if you are reading this, I hope you have a conscience and return the money to the hard working people you have taken money from. I doubt it very much though. I just hope one day someone who you have conned will get to meet you so that they can personally take their's and our money's worth out of your scabby, wretched, evil hide

This scam company took my money and have sent nothing do not buy of them shameful it was a present for my grandson !!!

Scam/dodgy website. Put a claim in asap if you're waiting for games to be delivered.
I ordered a switch game a few weeks ago and hadn't used the site before so quickly Googled them, found a few positive reviews and happily placed my order saving £5 compared to everywhere else. The confirmation email said to allow 5 days for delivery which is how they save costs. This should have set alarm bells ringing but I left it a week or so before checking and now the website's down, no replies to emails and you can see from the reviews what's happened. I've got a claim in with my credit card company which will take a while to sort but I should get my money back.

Two words, Scam and Scum. 3 x switch games for £120. Thankfully used credit card for extra protection. Called lloyds, have to wait 30 days from transaction to claim.

Don’t use, agree with all other comments. Waiting to get money back from my bank.

Hi guys. I ordered a £40 game on this web site, can't get hold of them. Just reported the issue to Martin Lewis's team at MoneySavingExpert.com to find out what our consumer rights how and how we can get refunds. I'll let you know when I get an answer.

Like others it appears I've been scammed. More fool me for trusting a random website just because they had Luigi's Mansion 3 for £5 less than all other retailers. However I contacted the bank this afternoon (Lloyds) and have been issued an immediate full refund.

Like a lot of people coming up to Christmas I want the best price. These bunch of crooks know what to do.
Cheaper than others but not too cheap to arouse suspicion. £40 game ordered on 25th Nov for sons birthday which is 4 days away.
Went to check order status and site down ,No way to contact and to top it all off I find I'm one of literally 100's that have been scammed by this guy.

Still gutted i was conned and now have to wait for refund,hopefully in time for Christmas

Bought a Nintendo switch game for our sons birthday this coming weekend, wondered why it was taking so long to arrive so went to try and track it only to discover that the website is now closed and we're £40 down. SCAM - I am always so careful with websites that I haven't used before, I checked reviews prior to ordering and the website had the padlock in the corner which I have always believed meant that it was a secure website. Hopefully we will be refunded by the bank, absolute scumbags!

Yet another one that has ordered Pokemon games from here not one but two 😡😡 taken my £80 and nothing can’t contact them via email or phone the rob dogs hope they have a merry Christmas 😡😡😡😡
