I have also ordered Pokemon sword game on 24th November and not received it but they have taken payment, tried to get in touch website down, shame on you

Avoid. Took my order. Never delivered. No phone, only email. Website now down. Great. Happy Christmas!!

So now Ive waited 12 days ..no game arrived..found that there was a different registered address in Dorset and the one on my email when I forst ordered

And Goldman express has no history as its only formed from oct. The 2 cant be related unless someone used part of there title to form this scamming fake company then rip us off for a month and move on to making a new one . Thing is This fecking Goldman express only jumped onto my screen when I googled

I'm on the same boat ordered 2 games on 28th Nov. They took money out on 29th Nov. Tryed to check when it will be delivered and yes site is down. I've been scammed. Feel sick. Christmas is soo expensive as is. Please don't buy anything

Ordered legend of Zelda as a Xmas gift for my daughter.. though it was taking a long time to arrive decided to check order status last night, site down. Checked again this morning. Still down. And now just reading all these other reviews feeling furious. What a disgrace.

Ordered a game on the 25th of November still no sign and now the sites down so I can’t even see where my parcel is. don’t buy from here!!!!!

Hmmm, bought a game 10 days ago, still no delivery so I emailed and as yet no response or game. Website down now too. It’s been 10 days so may yet redeem themselves but I’m beginning to get that sinking feeling. I’d be cautious and avoid if I was you, judging by the other recent reviews.

Do not order from them, I ordered Luigi's Mansion Switch game, has not arrived and website down. Complete scam.

Please do not buy from the company !! They are a scam. Only opened in Oct 2019 clearly in time to scam for Christmas. The site is down so can't track order, no response from emails. They have taken £35 for a pokemon game. It's been 12 days and received nothing. Please do not buy anything from them.

Do not buy anything from this company!!... Scam company who take your money and run. Claiming my money back through American Express.. Bunch of thieving crooks.. Scumbags!!... If you paid by card you can claim it back from your bank..

Same story my wife ordered a game 2 week go by with no order and no delivery. My wife emails them a few times to no response. She then puts in a complaint asking for her money to be refunded. She gets a broken English email back that just says refunded to abuse our staff??? I wouldn't mind if they actually refunded it but they still haven't 2 weeks later. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Purchased games on 14th nov the twin pack Pokemon sword and shield dual pack they took my money I rang to chase it was on the phone for over 2 n half hours no answer was going down in the calls just put claim in as no response to my email

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM !!!! Ordered game two and a half weeks ago, NOTHING. On phone for over an hour without getting to talk to anyone, now the website is down. Have informed bank but 15 days wait before they will do anything, just hope to get money back ASAP.

They're a scam. I bought a game for my nephew for xmas. No dispatch notice after a week. No response to any emails. I've since tried to get on the website which doesnt seem to exist anymore. They've definitely stolen my money and many others by the looks of things. Hopefully I receive the money back soon as I've put in a claim with my bank.
