Like everyone else on her I have ordered a game and had no dispatch notice, order #2339.Contact number can’t be Used and now the website is down. I’ve contacted my bank and raised a retail dispute, this can take 10 - 20 days for a resolution, but hopefully I’ll get my money back.
I can’t believe some of the responses from the company on here, it’s so offensive, what has the world come too!

Bought my grandson a switch game for Christmas it’s still not arrived! My credit card company tell me it’s a Chinese website!! I think I have been scammed!! They did find a phone no 08004647102 which is constantly engaged! Never buy from them again

No product recieved. No response to emails. Do not buy from these people.

Purchased switch game for Grandsons Christmas present. Took my money but 2 weeks later I’m still waiting for delivery. I’ve obviously been scammed like everyone else. That will teach me to use a well known reliable company in future.

Same as very one else here. Little info contacted my bank and you can start a dispute 15 days after the transaction so next week for me I’m with Halifax thought this might be useful to some people

Brought luigi mansion on 20th Nov after purchase looked at reviews (should have looked first huge mistake) but thought I'd give time for delivery, after 2 weeks tried to contact absolutely impossible, tried to go on website out of service!!! After looking at reviews again another reviewer had said they contacted there bank and got refund, contacted my bank put through to dispute depth and my money refunded straight away. I think there may be a 31 day from purchase time limit so I advise any of you to do this straight away!!! Clearly this company is a scam 😥

In response to your reply it's a bit difficult to ask for a refund when you don't answer and your website disappears BABE!!!

Bought and paid for Nintendo switch Pokemon Shield For my sons Xmas 10 days ago and still not received anything. Tried to contact them through email and no reply. Really wish I’d read these reviews before I paid for this😡. These people are nothing but thieves and need stopped! I’m a single parent and money is tight. You just don’t need this at this time of year.

Doesn't deserve any stars. Money taken no game. Seeing all the feed back here looks like my son was scammed. He is autistic so will be devastated as he was so happy to be buying a gift for his sister.

I too have parted with hard earned money and been conned by these awful people. Luckily the bank was brilliant and refunded me the money straight away. I don't know how these low lives sleep at night.

STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!! Not even worth one star. "Purchased" a Switch game which has failed to turn up. Can no longer go on the website. Feel so angry with myself for being scammed like this. Luckily my bank is applying for a charge back, but this takes time.

I also paid for a game with Goldman express & I haven't received the game which was for my son for Christmas.
These phoney companies & the people who work for them have families too & I hope that each & every one of them get bad luck themselves they deserve it, scumbags is to good a word for them

Clearly I’ve been scammed also!!! Sickos! I have reported it to Wstchdog. Maybe some others should do the same too. Not sure how to get my money back though as I paid with a debit card.

Order placed last week - Luigi Mansion 3 (Switch) £39.99. Not received. Money taken from account. Website down. Contact Shopify on 0800 8085233. They are a software company that do websites. They have logged my complaint today and if Goldman Express have acted fraudulently they will shutdown the website down and report them. Advised to take screen shots and send them to your bank.

Like everybody else regarding using Goldman Express I have not received my order. This is a SCAM I advise you all to report them and try to claim your money back. I have reported them and suggest you all do the same, they have duped us all. Sadly this sort of thing is common place this time of year, well lesson learned ! I hope you all get your money back and it doesn't affect your Christmas too much.

Same as everyone else. Ordered a switch game for my daughter, it never arrived. I contacted my bank last night and they instantly refunded me my money (I paid by debit card) I hope everyone else manages to get refunded too.

Update: This guy had a failed pop career as Luigi Masi. That must be why he rips people off now.

I ordered a nintendo switch game as a Christmas present for my daughter. I realise now I have been scammed like everyone else who has left reviews. I will try to get my money back and report these fraudulent scumbags who are stealing Christmas gifts from children.
