Same as everyone else I’m afraid. Found this company via a google search. Saw the game that my son wants for Christmas and got sucked in by the cheaper price. Only a fiver less than Amazon but hey ho. I’ve reported it to my bank and they’ll probably get my £40 back in about 30 days but it leaves a nasty taste in the mouth. Cheers Luigi 👎🏻

Wish I could give 0 stars! Absolutely livid; as I'm sure the majority of their 'customers' are. I ordered 2 x Nintendo switch games as a christmas gift on the 22nd November, I have emailed them three times previously and have been left with no reply.

I went to 'track' my order online and have now found that their website has been taken down, they have also changed their address. I emailed the given email again and said I want my money back ASAP rather than nagging for order updates and got a reply stating I need to create a ticket online, as they are no longer responding to issues sent via email.

Obviously upon attempting to put through a ticket there was an error with submission and they are 'working on the problem'.

Will contact my bank in the morning to attempt to get the money back, and will also be reporting them to fraud departments.

Absolutely disgusted, especially given the only reason I found the website in the first place was due to discounts being offered on a legit student discount site!

Ordered a game for my 6 year old but never recieved goods. I am now attempting to get a refund.

Well what can I say. I am absolutely disgusted. I purchased a game, which has not arrived and like many many others I did not get through to speak to anyone and I have had no reply to emails. I found the company details and director information on Companies House and I have reported this. I would urge everyone that has been scammed to do the same.

Switch game ordered 12th November not received. No answer on phone no reply to emails!!! Created dispute with my bank. Do not use absolute scam!

Beware this is a scam.I thought it was legit as it was a locked site.I ordered four switch games in november.Still no show and emails not answered.160 quid later and no switch games I'm fuming.They would have got zero stars if possible.

I am very angry with this company they have not contacted me back after all the various emails that I have sent them. All I want is a refund. My son is extremely disappointed he saved all this money to get nothing and all he wanted was to get it.

Same as others ordered game in November , never showed , got to wait till 20 days to get refund off credit card, or rather till they can look into it, website gone phonelime gone absolute scam

Update have now got my money back from my bank today only took a few days from putting the dispute in as had to wait till 40 days had past from purchase so happy I’ve got it back and will be more cautious in future and stick to well known companies

Bought off them 19th November 2 of the pokemon sword and shield duel editions for the switch for my twins £189.98 I’m down with no goods website now down never had any replies to my raised ticket calling them was no joy just called my bank and they can’t do owt till it been 40 days since transaction to open a dispute I don’t hold much hope getting my money back :( appalled how anyone can do this to people it’s a disgrace

I would give a 1 star review if I could. Ordered nearly 2 weeks ago and still not dispatched. No one is answering me or replying to messages. Do not use this company! I'm now out of pocket and a Christmas present down. I hope you can sleep at night you con man!!!!!

As many other people on here, ordered a Nintendo Switch game back in November and still nothing!! Tried calling, on hold for over 30mins and opened up a ticket however no-one has come back to me.Tried to go on the website today and guess what, website is down!!!! Scam. On the phone now trying to get my money back through my bank. When people say some things are too good to be true they generally are :-(

Amazon have withdrawn Amazon pay and are no longer working with these cowboys. Do not waste time chasing them and just try to get your money back- my advice

Clearly a scam or have gone out of business. Been on phone to my bank and they will claim money back 30 days from transaction. do not waste your time calling any numbers such as Worldpay as it’s more than likely just giving people the run around.

Scam - paid for game which never arrived. Checked for customer service number, but website is now down. Reporting to authorities.
