Second review of this company, apparently if you paid by Bank transfer you will not have paid GOLDMAN Express Limited as your money will be with Worldpay. This is the answer that I received from them when I gave my first review. Very strange that they could not have told me on one of the several tickets that I had for their customer service department.

Bought a Nintendo Switch game for my Grandson for Christmas on 17th November, but unfortunately it still has not arrived. Have been on there website 3 times to get an answer but completely ignored. Phoned today 2nd December at 3.50PM still on phone at 8.05PM gave in. This is breech of contract under the consumer's act 2015 for non delivery of goods. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Bought a video game, lead time was 3-5 days, 12 days on it hasn't yet arrived. I have rased an online ticket but no one got back to me. The queue on the phone doesn't become shorter. Speaking to my bank. don't waste your time and money on this business.

Terrible company
Terrible company. Ordered 3 games 3 weeks ago for £116. The games never arrived. No reply to 7 emails. After nearly 3hrs on the phone I went from no 7 to number 5 in the queue. I will never use company again PLEASE BEWARE. I had to contact the bank to sort this issue out. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Amazon Echo order
Ordered an Amazon Echo 15th November am still waiting for confirmation of delivery which was quoted to be 3 to 5 working days! Have tried to contact them through e-mail and their customer services number. No reply from the former and having waited over 4 hours on their services number with no answer gave in. I am currently trying to cancel the order with no joy! It looks as if I’m going to have to write off the £74.99 taken from me through my Amazon account. Would avoid dealing with this company at all costs.
Am hoping that by posting this review they will take some action.

Ordered Nintendo Switch game on 16th Nov. Price seemed low but have not had a reply from them, other than directing me to their jitbit system. When using that I've received no response. Website seemed legit but clearly isn't given number of similar posts on here. Have raised with Amazon but will have to wait for money. No good when this purchase was a birthday gift. Avoid this company.

ordered 1 game on the 15th now filed a to z after 2 emails and numerous phone calls to only get you are caller no 14 . Should of thought better after pay pal and cards have been removed as payment methods . At least I should get money back via Amazon pay as did not do a bank transfer.

Would leave 0 stars if I could, ordered a nintendo switch game and 3 weeks latter had still only received a payment confirmation email from them. Opened up tickets to see if I could get some answers as to whether my order would be fulfilled before Xmas.... However a week later and still no response, now I have to go and fill in a load of amazon forms to get a refund and still hunt for the game before Xmas. To say I'm fuming is a understatement. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Received below response from the company (no apology or explanation) Contacted world pay as advised to be told (As expected) world pay do not have access to information on individual orders for any company. They provide a service for companies to take payment.
The advisor at world pay has suggested I contact my bank to dispute the payment as I have not received the item or any correspondence.
In 6 days I have still not received any response to the ticket logged.
This is beyond frustrating and I’m extremely unhappy with the service. This just feels like one big scam!!

I ordered a game for my husband for Christmas on 18th November. At that point the reviews on here were positive (all seems to have gone downhill since then)
I have sent an email and the automatic response was to open a ticket which I did 4 days ago, I have added comments to the ticket twice and have received no correspondence from this company.
Like others I’m feeling very frustrated with the lack of correspondence and feeling at a loss what to do next

I did not receive my order
I did not receive my order, I emailed and phoned (on hold for hours as others described). ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION from the company and NO WAY of getting hold of them. This is unaccepptable. I contacted Amazon pay to issue refund, which was not fulfilled by the company. Now having to issue A-to-z Guarantee claim to try and get my money back.
I can't believe some of the responses of customer service on here. Maybe contact your paying customers instead of wasting time accusing people of fake reviews.
