I brought my earphones for £230 ish 2 weeks ago. Like most people in here, I sent a few Emails and call them, unsurprisingly no reply..... we both here to looking for our money and we do know Amazon now already canceled the payment method with them, cuz nowadays a lot people have trouble with this company.....I called Amazon Pay 8 times last few day and I received them weird Email as well (some of stuff told me Goldman already issued my refund but after 5 mins I got another said unfortunately they haven’t... Amazon even confuses themself....) they told me I have to wait until the A to Z guarantee which is 15 days after purchase to claim the refund and wait for them 2-3 weeks to investigate then 7 working days for refund... that’s horrible......

I mean... that’s my situation now, that’s nothing I can do, I think you guys might have to do it too.... and I know Goldman will literally report most of our comments so what can we do is Screenshot all of it as evidence

We have to stay together, just... United... there are scammer.... bit hard to deal with Goldman and Amazon Pay when you alone....

Ordered a Nintendo switch game on the 16 Nov, not received item, they do not reply to emails nor answer the telephone. After reading other reviews I don’t hold out much hope of receiving item or refund

I'm quite worried after I purchased a game on this site, everything seemed legit on the site but after reading other people's reviews and after trying to contact the company to get some reassurance that the game would be delivered, I have not received a reply which is concerning. Order number 1938.
Edit have taken the matter up with my bank in order to get my money, site is down now so it's clear that these people are scammers

After placing my order one 14 November and say would be delivered in 5 day been over 2 week now this gift was for my sons 12 birthday that was yesterday 28th I been emailing you for last 2 week and nothing back all I want is my £74.99 back very unhappy ☹️ that you never got back to me I will never order for you again

Over 3hrs waiting on the phone (and still no answer)

Same as previous reviews...
I pre-ordered a game, got released over two weeks ago but still no sign of it being dispatched to me although payment was taken on the day I actually placed the order.
I tried to contact costumer services over the phone - I waited over 3 hours on a queue!!! (I have screenshots to prove it) but in the end I gave up...
DO NOT BUY unless you want to spend ages chasing for an update or you fancy a very long wait on a phone that never gets answered...

Absolutely Awful Experience

I made an order back in November my items never arrived. I attempted to contact the company several times via email and telephone without success. I tried to use their ticketing system and got absolutely no response, I tried calling them directly and was left in a queue for over an hour in the position, same again and again.

I left a scathing review on this site and low and behold I received a response from the company immediately! However they accused me of trying to destroy their company with a false review! Nonsense! After then contacting them via an email they provided when they reported my review, their response was that although they understood that I had not received my items, they blamed me for leaving the review despite me making it perfectly clear that I left the negative review as a last resort as I had exhausted all means of communication with the company that were available to me with no response. They then informed me that they had issued a refund and even sent me some text with a reference of refund from world pay...brilliant I thought....but no I still have received no refund what so ever.

It has now been 20 days since the email I received confirming that my refund had been processed and still no money has be credited to my account.

And just for Goldman express if you wish to report this review again my order number was #1702.

But I doubt it as Goldman Express website doesn’t appear to exist any longer

A terrible shopping experience!!!
My order number is #1617, I bought a pokemon sward on November 17, 2019 at 5:38 pm. I didn't receive it for over ten days. I sent two emails and waited two days for no response! No one replies to me! The telephone is also a dozen one hour did not connect! What happened!

Either ship it as soon as possible or get a refund as soon as possible!

Like most customers on here saying the same thing.

I purchased Luigi Manson on 16th November via amazon pay order number 1556. money has been taking but no game. I bought this for a Christmas present for my daughter as I bought a Nintendo lite.

I was on the phone for 2 hours yesterday and then battery went dead.
And tried again today,

All I want is my game and an update.

I will not be telling anyone to buy from here!!

Want money back.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING ON IT LITERALLY!!! Extremely disappointing online purchase experience ever. I ordered Pokemon on 13th Nov, and I didn't receive it over a week. Submitted the refund request since then, it's been another week I still didn't receive the refund!!!! And I noticed that the customer service had time to respond to the reviews here instead of responding to the emails sent by the customers. Order number #1367! This is not a review from your so-called hilarious competitor websites! Your customers are really disappointed with your service!

Extremely poor service

Extremely poor service. Order 1546. Ordered Pokemon sword on 16th Nov. Emailed last week and was informed it would arrive this week - hasn’t arrived so far so sent two tickets, one requesting an update, no response so requested another one for a refund. Still no response. Avoid this company at all costs - will be reporting them to trading standards! They can’t operate like this. AVOID AVOID AVOID

What a waste of time

What a waste of time sent in 3 tickets to find out about my game ordered on 20/11/19 no reply to any of them not been sent any notifications of when it will arrive. Have asked my a refund no reply no point advertising products if they can’t reply so poor service will not use or recommend to anyone and yes still waiting for answers. Order number is 1756

WARNING! REPORTED TO ACTION FRAUD

Please don't use this company. Dont want to see any other families affected this Christmas.
They are fraudsters. I ordered a game 2 1/2 weeks ago and paid as instructed. No communication. Refuse to answer emails and telephone.

Reported to action fraud after 2 weeks of no game or refund..

Not a trustful service

Not a trustful service. I have placed an order for earphones for more than 14 days (when they mentioned they would deliver within 5 working days) and no response to multiple emails, complain forms or calls. Have never had such experience before. If there was less than 1 starts I would give them. I have got a refund from Amazon Pay and purchased the item elsewhere but that meant they let me down for a birthday present. Very disappointing!

No delivery, no response.

I placed an order on the 14th of November with this company with an expected delivery date of 3-5 working days. I first got worried when 6 working days had passes and I had revived no package or email. So I checked my order on the website which hadn't even updated since the order was placed. I went ahead and emailed them directly to see what was up and received no reply within another 3 working days. It is now the 27th of November and I'm currently in the process of getting a refund through Amazon Pay. Amazon's agent informed me that they were having lots of problems with this company not being able to handle an influx of orders. I'm glad I chose to use Amazon Pay. Avoid this company.

On 15th November I ordered luigis mansions for switch. Money has been taken. I have received confirmation email of order #1527

To date I have not received the game.

I have raised a ticket and have tried to email and no response at all

It makes me very nervous reading all of these reviews where we all seem to have had the same experience

Just want a response and refund now please

I have emailed you twice to try and find out some more information and ask when my item will be delivered but no response.

Please can you respond to your emails as it’s very frustrating getting no response. I used your site as the price was the best around. Please can you just let me know what’s happening.

I'm another one and now I've spoken to World Pay

**** I've rang World Pay direct and spoken to them. They only deal with merchants and advise that the merchant would issue refund. I explained this scam and they have advised that they don't have a merchant known as Goldman Express and all issues like this will be dealt with by the Police fraud via Action Fraud.

I hope these do get caught and stopped for good as earlier posts indicate this company is linked to other rouge trading companies who have done this in the past******

Like many others before me I've ordered Luigi's Mansion #1613 on 17th November.

I was concerned that my payment had been made but my status on Goldman site remained Unpaid. I sent several emails and the 2nd one received a response as follows:

'Thank you for your email. That has now been registered as payment made.

You should receive the item dispatch email shortly.'

So I had contact and a little faith restored.
BUT since then nothing. I've enquired as to an expected delivery date and raised 2 tickets on the new system. Neither have had a response in 2 days but this site does get reaction.
I have finally lost all faith in this company actually sending me my game and have requested a refund but have not had a response.

I have no interest in being called a liar on here as I have evidence of everything I have said and have only reluctantly written this review as I think it is important to help other people avoid having these issues.

I hope this situation is corrected and will happily change my opinion if it is.

Now I see they have the time to be posting a message about contacting world pay to find out where your money is and then providing a phone number not listed on the world pay site. hmm, Looks like you've finally had the website closed down so no more taking money off people, That's good.
The fact the website seems to be closed down is the only good thing I can say.
