Worrying
When I ordered the new Pokemon game over a week ago, before the official release date, I chose Goldman Express because the price was so good. They said they would email me an update on my order once it had be processed, however I still haven't heard anything. Since the time that I ordered, this TrustPilot page had been set up and a lot of people are reporting the same kind of experience as me. I have become so doubtful that I will receive my product that I have contacted Amazon Pay (glad I chose that payment method!) and they're sending a refund request to Goldman. Fingers crossed the money comes back soon!
DO NOT USE THIS SITE
There are no replies to any methods used to try and contact them. I ordered Pokemon Sword on the 8th and have yet to receive a dispatch email from them. If it is a supply issue the game is still showing as stocked on their website so do not believe there is a delay or stock shortfall. Looking over other reviews they seem to be striking any negative reviews on here making me believe they are trying to cover up their problem. Which should be reason enough for you not to trust them. My Order number from the site was #1156, my amazon payment Checkout was #11842831843405.
Both emailed c********@goldmanexpress.co.uk and phoned their 0800 number. I have photos and video evidence of being left in the call long past an hour and of being 'next in line' for 45 minutes!
Please please please do not purchase through this site.
Really bad communication
Paid for pokemon sword on the 13th of October and have still not received any information on when it will be delivered to me. Emailed them twice with no reply and spent over an hour on hold twice on the phone without an answer. Would just like to know what's happening with my order but cannot seem to get in touch with anyone at all...

As stated I’ve tried to contact yourselves for 3 days with no response, my order should have arrived by now but I have had no update, your communication as a company is terrible. I contacted amazon as i could not get in touch and you ignored my email.
Please cancel my order, I’ll email you this as well, if that’s what you need. I find it very odd that this is the only platform you respond on.

Bad Communicator : I received 1 item ok, but when trying to contact for another item not despatched I get NO answer on Emails and every time I call I am always number 4 in queue, so Goldman Express ramp up your communications and reviews will be better

DO NOT USE THIS SITE
I ordered Pokemon Sword and Shield on the 5th of November.
On the 15th of November I received and email saying my order was cancelled because they are only taking Amazon Pay and bank transfer customers now.
The email said I would receive a refund but I have received nothing. The 03302328484 number given in my email isn't a real number and the 0800 number on their website puts you in a waiting list.
I was number 4 in the waiting list and was on hold for over an hour when they just hung up.
My order number is #1105

they work there scam not only in the uk but in the us and south america there phone number is fake as is there 0800 number ,
no one who makes purchase will receive goods, paypal as stopped

Like the others said, i ordered my pokemon shield and sword dual pack by amazon pay at 14sep, it has been almost 5 days, and i still have no delivery information, there is also no cancel and refund button in the whole website. Which means dat once u paid u have no method to cancle the order by yourself. I have checked the postcode on google earth, there is no company in here man! If u try to contact them by email and telephone, I'm glad to tell you, I have waited to talk to the representative on the telephone from11:00-1:00.And im still waiting. How many representatives do u got ?1?or2?

I pre ordered the Pokemon sword and shield duel addition on the 7th November as everyone else I got the email on the 15th November about my order being cancelled as I paid through PayPal. I then rebordered it using amazon pay, I emailed to ask about when should I expect my refund because of reordering a £94 game TWICE I made a mistake on the email by saying I’d ordered through Apple Pay and not amazon pay and the only correspondence I had to email was that I couldn’t of paid through Apple Pay, no answer regarding my refund, no answer to when I said I had some questions about the games. I am still awaiting a refund and have currently been on hold since 10:31am as caller number 2 apparently, I am not happy as I am £194 down with no game that was a preorder!

This is a response to the reply from Goldmanexpress. What they failed to mention was that they cancelled the order on the 15th November. Having signed me up to their wretched loyalty scheme they then blamed fraudulent activity by a minority of their customers as a reason to cancel the order. The cheek of these crooks.
They are now obviously anxious to rip more people off for the xmas market. You want to restore your reputation. Give me my money back.
Message to the authorities.
This is real crime. I feel like a real victim. Please put these people in prison. How do they register their company with fake phone numbers and a bought company address?

I ordered a game on the 4th November with (3-5 days delivery) and as of 15th November I’ve received no delivery. The Customer Service offered from them is appalling, their hotline is perpetually goes to voicemail and they do not reply emails at all. I’ve reported them to ActionFraud and my bank too.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
