Golfado 

I ordered a pair of Hoka trainers and then read the awful reviews! In a panic, I read the T&Cs and found that you could request a refund if emailed within 24 hours. I emailed for a full refund and received a reply informing me of a 10% cancellation fee... This was not mentioned anywhere on the website and I emailed back asking for a full refund instead - no reply. I have now received a 90% refund (so I feel I am one of the lucky ones) but £9 out of pocket for the whole fiasco. If you catch the reviews early - ask for a refund!

In response to the reply from Golfado below - stating "your order had already been packed, labelled, and handed to our shipping partner by the time we received your cancellation request".... I sent the cancellation email 10 MINUTES after the order!!!! I have screenshots which I can't upload here to prove this. Either this statement is an outright lie or your company works incredibly fast! Could I please have the email from your shipping partner with my shipping links that were processed in less than 10 minutes as proof, along with the shipping email from Shopify? Just another ruse to take money that you have no right to

Fraudulent company. Fake goods. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Their customer service is beyond a joke. 1. Goods are knock offs. 2. You *might* receive your item.. weeks after order 3. They then try and offer you a 50% discount to ‘keep’ the fake item. 4. Or you can shell out to send the item back. One of the worst companies I have ever ordered from. THEY SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS - luckily my credit card company refunded me in full but do not fall into their trap.

– Avoid at All Costs I received a completely different item to what I ordered—clearly not what was advertised. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I was met only with robotic, auto-replies insisting I return the item for a refund, without acknowledging their mistake which is NOT what their policy states. No actual customer service available, and the contact number listed is unreachable. Their refusal to take responsibility or follow basic consumer protection standards is shocking. This feels more like deception than a genuine business. Be warned—massive disappointment and a waste of time.

Just to make it clear, Golfado's response to my review from the 25th July 2025 is totally not true.
Your order included a pair of refurbished trainers - NO these are fake counterfeit made in China.
Our shipping department did not catch this - NO you had no intention of stopping shipping/ delivery.
Your full refund already processed - NO Refund, No intention of Refunding. You are scamming people and should be shut down by 'Trading Standards'.

Like many others, I wish I had read the reviews here first. These are counterfit shoes, not as advertised in the photos. (ASICS Novablast in my case)

You can't get full refund without posting to USA, you can't enforce chargeback from your credit card company, without posting them back, so I was forced to accept a partial refund, and accept the loss.

A Lesson learned: please dont make the same mistake.

I've had counterfeit New Balance trainers. The shoes are too small, though the quality doesn't appear too bad, there are formatting errors on the care instructions, and a web address in China that doesn't exist.

Golfado has followed its process of offering 30% then 40% refund, or I have to return at my own cost to the USA, that's about £25. I doubt I will receive the refund if I do send them back, but at least then I can hopefully get a chargeback through my credit card.

I ordered a pair of New Balance trainers from Golfado as noticed from contact details their office is London. Trainers arrived but too small even though they are exact same size as the New Balance trainers I have. Made contact to arrange return only to be advised I would need to send to USA. Golfado offered me a 30%, 40% then 50% discount if I kept the trainers as they acknowledged that shipping back to USA would be expensive. Why would I keep trainers that don't fit? Also was never aware these were originally shipped from USA as no mention of this on the website otherwise I wouldn't have ordered! It's cost me £35 to return so I've paid £110 for a pair of trainers that didn't fit and only cost £75 in the first place. I was asked to provide Golfado with tracking details which I did. Trainers arrived in the USA on 31st July via Royal Mail tracking service. I contacted Golfado with a screenshot of this and evidence of return/delivery and was told once they had checked/confirmed the trainers had definitely arrived they would refund my money. This has not yet happened. AVOID this company at all costs. It seems the Director Tomlinson Perkins is perhaps also using friends/family to leave good reviews. An absolute rip-off. I have reported this shady company to UK International Consumer Centre following advice given by my local trading standards office and would advise others to do the same. Avoid at all costs!

Do not use these I have been trying to get a refund for the goods that never arrived(4 weeks later they are still asking me to send the goods back even when I have told them in several emails that these haven’t been received)very frustrating!!!!

Item sent is fake. I asked for a refund. They replied that sending item back is costly because it comes from the US (which I don't believe) so they offered me 30% refund and keep the fake item. I have not agreed to that. Let's see what will happen

Bought titleist pro V1’s

100% fake balls, cheap packaging as terrible customer service.

Offered 20% off rejected then got 40% off.

If I wanted a full refund I had to post the balls to America at my own expense.

Avoid this company at all costs.

Sadly, I seem to have experienced what many others have. A corrupt company. Several weeks after I placed my order, the wrong colour and size Asics Novablast arrived. They sent me a mens size 7 and I am a womens size 7. I am also pretty sure they are fake. So far they have offered me a 30% discount, for a shoe that is unusable. I advised this wasn't satisfactory and they have offered me a 40% discount and I can keep the shoes and gift them. Amazing. I will continue to fight for a full refund or else I will go through my bank as a fraudulent activity. Do not touch this company with a barge poll!

Ordered ASICS novablast 5 for my wife , as the price was good and already have both male and female version so knew what we should have received .
The trainers we received are a complete counterfeit and a bad one at that !
Poor quality sizing not right laces are way to long the foam outsole should say FFblast max in straight defined writing , the counterfeit I’ve received has “FF blost max “ in faint squiggly uneven writing .
This company knows exactly what its advertising and selling which is Fake Contrrfeit goods and selling them as genuine original items to unsuspecting customers.
I have contacted their customer support for a refund !
I purchased through shopify so have added protection I will give them 5 working days to respond and process a full refund or I will raise a complaint with my funding source …
Very unhappy and dissatisfied..

Cancelled my order within 24 hours as per their policy, but they still deducted a “cancellation fee” despite no mention of this on their website and nothing even being dispatched. Completely ignores UK consumer law. I’ve raised a chargeback with my bank. Avoid this company, their practices are unfair and likely unlawful.

Made an order but after reading reviews here I wanted to cancel.
Their website states that cancellations can be made via email within 24 hours (which is what I did.)
I received a reply stating that I could receive a refund with a 10% cancellation fee (a fee for what?!), which is not only illegal under the Consumer Rights Regulations 2013, but unethical and in addition, not specified anywhere on their website.
I rejected this and asked them to refund me 100% of my order.
I have so far been refunded 90% of the order and I continue to chase up the remaining 10%. It's not so much about the monetary value but the principle that this company will try to cheat you out of extra fees which are not legal. I will be reporting them to Trading Standards.
I can not comment on the products, but I assume the reviews here speak for themselves.
Avoid this company at all costs!

I received fake trainers ( asics nova blast) in which I emailed several times since they have arrive and still not received a response about a return/refund.
Order 2074 if you want to refund!!

They have sent out fake counterfeit goods that are quite clearly counterfeit. I am now trying to get my money back and will be reporting them to Trading Standards as a clear breach of the consumer rights act. There was a misspelling of the brand name on a pair of ASICS Novablast trainers.

Should have read the reviews before ordering the PRO V1 golf balls.

These are not genuine titleist balls and on first use the writing the prov1 decals rub off easily. They also do not fly like real prov1s.

These are fake balls - do not buy.

Golfado is a company that lies and steals peoples money.

They sent me counterfeit goods which in a previous review they claim are refurbished trainers. They also stated in a response to my previous review that they have given me a full refund, to date this has still not been received.

This company is a scam and should be avoided at all costs. Their products are fake duplicates, please never purchase from this company as they will NEVER return your money.

Fake goods. New balance trainers are fake, they are quite hard to tell to begin with but you soon start to see the differences. Telephone number doesn’t work. Had to raise as a dispute with my credit card company.
