Do not purchase anything from Golfado as they sell counterfeit goods. I ordered New Balance trainers and they looked decent, but I used a UV light under the tongue and the NB emblems didn’t show up so they are fake. I emailed them to arrange a freepost return and they offered a 20% refund and for me to keep them. I will now be escalating with the bank but save yourself the trouble and avoid!!!!!!!!

Only 1 star as it won’t let you select 0. Ordered 6 dozen pro v1 balls. Turned up and they are clearly fakes. I’ve played these balls for years and can tell the difference. Asked for a refund and got offered 20% refund which I rejected. Then I got offered 40% or I could get a full refund if I payed to ship them back to their US warehouse. This goes against trading standards as it a UK company and against the return policy on their website.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!

Pro V1s are fake
Pro V1s are fake, period. I received 36 balls and my close friend who is a scratch golfer and worked at Havering trading standards confirmed this.
They offer 20 then 40% off to try to put you off. They then tell you the return address is in the US which is against the law as this is a UK internet transaction with the balls being sent from Cannock. By law you have 14 days to return goods without any reason.
They contravene consumer contracts regulations 2013 and also the trademarks act 1994.
Steer well clear and dont put up with any bull regarding returns.

Fake balls advertised as genuine at a discount!
Ordered a pack of Titleist Pro V1 golf balls and immediately on unboxing I could tell they were fake. The text rubs off very easily and the balls sound completely different to genuine bought through a reputable dealer. Obviously I was sucked in by a significant discount. Please avoid this store at all costs!!
Edit: although Golfado claim the packaging is "refurbished", the item description does not mention this on their website or the Shop app. Again, another dubious claim by a fraudulent company.
I also spoke with Titelist Acushnet in the UK who confirmed that Golfado are not authorised distributors of their official products, so again, more lies by this scam business.

You are also messaging me about making me pay for shipping back to the USA (note, none of your website returns point to the USA, you’re simply trying to discourage me) and you’ve offered both 20% & 40% off SHOES.
